“I really enjoyed doing my first cleanse. I didn't really notice any meaningful weightloss, but all of the juices were delicious so it was not as difficult as I thought. It was very good training the mind not to snack!”

“Love the juice and good mix of juice and smoothie. Smoothie is filling! Lost 8 pounds in 3 days… but main goal was a simple detox. Did light cardio each day for 1 hour.”

“I don't mind the taste of the juices. They have a nice flavor. I don't seem to get filled up as expected however am willing to give additional time to see results. Overall, the juices are something I don't mind adding to my life style as it is a healthy beverage addition. A bit expensive, so I can't buy them for a long time, but will stick to month commitment to see how it works. Do wish I will see results.”

“My husband and I have done the 5-day Skinny Cleanse for the past 3 years. Truthfully, it's a lot easier than you think it would be --- we typically have always had extra juices each day that we decided not to have (which is nice, as you can do a 1-day cleanse later on from what's leftover). The juices truly are good (the only one I didn't like is the beet one, but I really dislike beets - so that's expected). Our only negative is that we wish the cleanse was "harder". Or ... if not this cleanse, if Raw Generation offered a "stronger" cleanse. I've truly felt great from this and recommend! For reference, I lost 5 pounds and my husband lost 7 pounds during the 5 days.”

“My husband and I have been enjoying the juicing. We initially wanted to do 5 days but we have extended it to 7. I am glad for the one time Steamed veggies and sweet potatoes. This is a great way to jump start your year!”

“I loved what I got to taste of the juices on my first day, however I wasn't able to do the full 3 day cleanse that I purchased becasue I came down with the flu. However, I would love to give it another try to see the full benefits now that I'm fully recovered. I am a fitness studio owner so I'm pretty active and getting my protein in each day is important to me! This is why I initially picked the 3 Day Protein Cleanse!”

“The Raw Generation juice cleanse really do taste great. I can't speak to the 3 day cleanse weight loss because I cheated and ate during the timeframe. But I was impressed with the flavor.”

“The juices tasted pleasant, and the 3-day cleanse was manageable, though I had one baked sweet potato each day. I lost about 4 lbs, most likely water weight (from 136 lbs to 131.6 lbs). For the next 3 days, I have a box of juices and protein drinks. However, the protein drinks were too sweet for my taste—I didn’t like them at all. I’m still undecided about whether I’ll do this cleanse again.”

“I normally stick to vegetable based juices for detoxes/cleanses as they make me feel better, but gave this a try. I did lose 5 pounds with this and it wasn't just water weight. It can be gritty if not mixed properly. I like to use hot water with a small frother and you can also put it in a blender with ice like a real smoothie. Great choice when you want a quick cleanse but don't have the money to spend on the juices.”

“I do enjoy the juices and smoothies. I do wish that they came out with newer flavors more often. Also, they had juice shots a couple years ago but they are not offering them anymore. It would be great to see those come back.”
