“I have used this brand a few times, and I’ve always been happy. This is the first time I picked the desert sugar one (because there’s just too much sugar in them all, and honestly this one is still very high!) For some reason it bothers my stomach more and the morning celery is absolutely disgusting, but I will continue on. Maybe I’ll change what I get next time, though.”

“On my 4th day of my 5 day juice cleanse. After 3 days I’ve lost 2.4 pounds without any exercise. I like all of the juices except for the tarte green juice, but even that one is tolerable. I haven’t gotten sick at all and have found that that each day I’m feeling less hungry. I’m only needing 3-5 juices a day. The only thing I wish is that there was more variety.”

“The products came Frozen as said they would, some were thawing out a bit but was kind of expected. I would prefer to have them shipped in an actual styrofoam cooler to be able to store and keep them organized in the freezer. Overall many of the juices I picked are pretty good. I personally don’t care for several of the drinks with cashews in them. I like to eat cashews but to have in the juices makes them taste really grainy/chalky like.”

“Raw juices are good. The 3 day cleanse was delicious. The Stay Skinny 7 day unfortunately had Tavon Roy in the green juice. I do not like the flavor it gives the juice.”

Hi there! We understand your concerns and do apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices without using any chemical preservatives or HPP (high-pressure pasteurization, which essentially cooks the juices to give them a longer shelf life) is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. When a liquid is frozen, it expands, causing glass bottles to shatter, so we must use plastic bottles instead. We are always researching and exploring more sustainable measures. If you have any suggestions we would love your input! Thank you for reaching out!

“Easy to follow program. This was my first juice cleanse and I’m happy to say that most flavors were tolerable. I felt healthier overall and am now slowly starting back up with a healthy food habit. I will purchase more from pick your box flavors for upkeep.”

“I wish there were less carbs in the protein cleanse smoothies. Love the other juices that come with it. My runs went smoother however, ( no hypoglycemic episodes) so I went ahead and purchased the low sugar cleanse to see if could get the same results. I would love it if this was the solution to the hypoglycemia.”

“I really enjoyed doing my first cleanse. I didn't really notice any meaningful weightloss, but all of the juices were delicious so it was not as difficult as I thought. It was very good training the mind not to snack!”

“I don't mind the taste of the juices. They have a nice flavor. I don't seem to get filled up as expected however am willing to give additional time to see results. Overall, the juices are something I don't mind adding to my life style as it is a healthy beverage addition. A bit expensive, so I can't buy them for a long time, but will stick to month commitment to see how it works. Do wish I will see results.”

“My husband and I have done the 5-day Skinny Cleanse for the past 3 years. Truthfully, it's a lot easier than you think it would be --- we typically have always had extra juices each day that we decided not to have (which is nice, as you can do a 1-day cleanse later on from what's leftover). The juices truly are good (the only one I didn't like is the beet one, but I really dislike beets - so that's expected). Our only negative is that we wish the cleanse was "harder". Or ... if not this cleanse, if Raw Generation offered a "stronger" cleanse. I've truly felt great from this and recommend! For reference, I lost 5 pounds and my husband lost 7 pounds during the 5 days.”
