“I really enjoyed the juice cleanse. I did the five day cleanse because I had been eating bad recently and have a thyroid condition so the combination was making me miserable. The cleanse was not harsh and the drinks were easy to swallow as long as they were really cold. I feel so much better after this cleanse and it help start me back on the right track of eating healthy. The only downside is the price but I do feel better so it was worth it to me.”

“I didn’t like the protein drinks, however the other drinks tasted good! I lost 12 pounds in 5 days and have continued to eat healthy since. I only gained 2 pounds back!”

“If im being completely honest, I just couldn’t drink these. I got through three juices before quitting because of the taste. I just didn’t enjoy it really, but I saved the rest and I’m definitely going to try again. Im sure it works for a lot of people :)”

“The juices were good. Not great, but all were drinkable. Everything arrived on time and they all tasted fresh. Do not let the orange and pink drinks fool you those are not the best tasting ones. Cool Greens is my favorite. Tarte Greens and the Pink one tasted like the ground to me...but eventually grew on me.”

“I love the juices but I have to be honest and say the smoothies are REALLY hard for me to get down. I have to chug and drink water to chase it. It almost leaves my stomach feeling upset. I'm not sure if it's an ingredient in all of them that makes it do this? I've now bought the lower sugar detox cleanse twice and hoped I could do better the 2nd time but they're tough. Just curious if others feel the same way?”

“This is my 3rd purchase and I absolutely love the taste and quality of their products so far. I am new to intermittent fasting, so having this as a toolkit keeps me grounded. Only one real complaint (which is not about the product quality itself) but the package / shipping was disappointing for being a new customer. It looked like the bottles were just thrown in the box, they were all almost nearly thawed, and one of the Craving Crusher Shots was punctured/ruined, and made a mess of all the other bottles. Previous purchases were packaged tight and organized.”

“The drinks were good and satisfying. However, I found defrosting them in time to drink them for 3 days in a row challenging. They took days to defrost in the fridge which made it difficult to time when to put them in with a 24 hour window to drink once defrosted.”

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! We apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊 Please contact us directly at support@rawgeneration.com to discuss your order and a way we can make your experience a better one!

“The quality of juice and arrival time were stellar. I purchased a 5-day supply of the low sugar detox cleanse. All juices were enjoyable. I wish there were a pre-packaged 5-day option with some variation, maybe 3 days of the green juices + 2 days of another option. I was pretty sick of the same flavors by days 4 and 5. I was also wondering if there are any packaging options that do not involve styrofoam or so much plastic. I liked this product and would recommend.”

Hi Molly! Thank you for your feedback! Your suggestions have been sent to our research and development team! We understand your concerns about the bottles and styrofoam as well and would like to address them! Other juice companies use preservatives or high-pressure processing, which gives their juices a long shelf life, but degrades or eliminates most of the nutritional value and taste. So while their juice may be in glass bottles, what’s inside is less nutritious. The only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. When a liquid is frozen, it expands, causing glass bottles to shatter. So we use plastic bottles instead. The styrofoam insulation in the boxes allows us to get you the products frozen and as fresh as possible. We would like to also let you know we are always researching and testing more sustainable measures, however, we have not yet found any other materials that allow us to get you the freshest, most delicious products to you safely as well as the materials that we currently use. Please rest assured we are always experimenting and searching for more sustainable ways to do this. Thanks!

“We were able to complete the 5 day fast successfully. Each of lost weight with the skinny purchase; although, not the loss claimed. The juices were tasty and when not satisfying, we supplemented with raw veggies and fruits. We did notice more frequesnt unriations which kept us bouncing out of bed every 2 hours. Eventually, we drank our juices beinning earlier and ending earlier, which was helpful. The last day we experienced some weakness, but not alarming. The following day of our last detox, we were more energetic after a breakfast of an omelet with veggies. Subsequently, we feel much healthier. The unfavorable review is the cost to our retiremnt income, plastics and styrofoam for packaging. ALos, it's a cold winter and hot beverages would be more friendly.”
