There is a banner on the website with a warning to expect delays, but we do get all orders out as fast as we possibly can! “Your ordering process is unconventional and lacks details. I've placed orders in the past, so I know what to expect, but when you place an order you don't receive an email confirmation of it happening. You can't login and check on your order because you don't have an order number. the only way I know I placed my order is because my credit card has a charge. It also can take anywhere from 10-14 days until you start receiving information regarding your order being shipped and then we receive quite a bit of information from your company. I love that you freeze your juices so I can have them on my own schedule and believe they are of high quality and very tasty, but the ordering system could use improvement. Hi there, unfortunately during the holiday season the shipping time is a bit delayed, more than usual. I will most certainly look into why you did not receive a confirmation email, you most definitely should have. The emails are sent out as soon as you place an order, the website also gives you your order number as soon as the order is placed. “So great! Came in just a couple days and everything was packaged well and tastes fantastic. I've done juicing before with a juice machine, but the skinny cleanse 3 day package made it easy and simple for me to stay on track and not worry about recipes or a mess! I'll definitely be doing this again.”

“Hi . We have ordered the juices more than a year and always have the right order. But this time when I have made the changes to the order I still received the original which I did not want . Now I have a surplus of juices that I don’t need and the ones I need I don’t have . Very frustrating and I am thinking to stop all my order completely. I hope this will go to the right channel and they can make the changes to my order. Respectfully. Your customer. Thanks”

“This was my first time juicing and I’m happy I chose Raw Generation (Skinny Cleanse) to do so. My cleanse was shipped out to me quickly and packaging kept up the freshness. As far as the juice itself it was great. Exactly what is on the ingredients label is exactly what my taste buds experienced. I do want to suggest a soy milk, natural coffee drink and maybe a sweeter drink. I say this for the working mom of 4 who needs a “pick me up” in the morning and a sweet tooth in the evening to end her long day. I did not weigh myself prior to starting this cleanse so I’m not sure if I lost weight but I can say that I don’t feel bloated at all and I feel like I have more energy! Thank you!!!!”

Amanda is a gem, always willing and able to help with changing an order or a ship-date or whatever. Hi there, technically we do not use certified organic fruits and vegetables, however, all of our produce is grown locally in a chemical-free facility. No harsh chemicals, pesticides or preservatives are used in the growing, cleaning, or juicing process. 😄 I hope this helps with any future decisions!

“I recently did the 5-day juice cleanse, I was pleasantly surprised by how good and easy the cleanse was. All of the juices were delicious, I felt so full every day that I didn't miss eating at all! I feel great, I'm more focused, have tons of energy and feel refreshed!!! Amazing!”

Hi there! We do apologize for the high shipping cost. We suggest also checking us out on Amazon.com for a set price and free shipping no matter where you live! Because you live in Colorado it is extra pricey to ship it all the way out there, so ordering on Amazon would more than likely be more value to you!

“Started out rough going to drinks and fruit/veggies. But on the last day the body had become used to it. Now I can just keep my food intake on smaller and sensible portions to keep the weight off with the exercise. Don’t think I could go the 5 day but I think it definitely helps just with the 3 day good all around cleanse.”
