“The juice is as promised - and it arrived promptly as soon as I set up the delivery. I tend to juice for one day as a break. I feel better, lighter, clearer. It works for me.”

“I honestly have to say, thank you! This has truly been a blessing for me at such a vulnerable time in my life. I wish I had taken pictures. I've lost so much belly fat, it's unreal. I must be getting rid of toxins because I'm only crunching on salad and nuts when I feel the urge to eat although, not from being hungry. I now have 3 BMs a day vs. 0 to 1. I did take other supplements but those are not for cleansing or weight loss.”

“I love this juice collection and have purchased it several times over the past six months. I use it both to juice cleanse and also to supplement daily diet as a snack replacement. Their pre-bottled juice is convenient, of high quality and has an assortment of refreshing flavors. Often they run excellent promotions discounting the price, so it's more affordable. The one customer service I had was quickly correct. Nothing but "kudos" to Raw Generation!!!”

Hi there, your order was shipped out on Tuesday for delivery tomorrow 12/15. You are a 3-day transit to Florida, so the package is on track to arrive tomorrow as scheduled. I am not sure why or how you were told that your order was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it is indeed in transit to be delivered tomorrow. Our apologies for any confusion.

“This is my second purchase of products from RG. I went with the Protein Cleanse this time. I like the cleanses so much I subscribed. And I had them change my every-2-week subscription to alternate between the Juice and Protein cleanses. The experience to do so was flawless, their great customer service process should be taught to A LOT of other companies. So, every 2 weeks I'll treat my body to these great products. I feel great, I lose a few pounds each time too. I would highly recommend these cleanses. What's the negative? The cost of shipping seems a bit high.”

Hi Katy! We do apologize for the pricey shipping! Especially shipping to Colorado, where you are, is expensive! I wanted to let you know that we do sell the product on Amazon as well, for a set price with free shipping no matter where you are located! Being that you are in Colorado, I think ordering off of Amazon would be cheaper for you! We hope you have an amazing holiday!

Hey Daniel. FedEx is a bit crazy during the holidays. We did get your order out the day after you ordered it, and it says it was delivered on Saturday, 12/9. If you did not receive your order and your tracking information is showing false information, please contact me directly at support@rawgeneration.com so we can rectify the situation.

“I ordered a package of the juice and a package off the protein drinks. 18 of each. I only received 5 protein drinks and was short 1 drink. Not very impressed.”

Hi there, you ordered a 3 day skinny cleanse and a 3-day protein cleanse.The protein cleanse is made up of half juice and half protein, so you should have gotten 9 protein smoothies. “So far I love the juices! I’m on day three and although i haven’t weighed myself yet i have dropped a lot of inches! The taste is much better than I expected.... I will be ordering more soon to help with my diet. The only downfall is the shipping is ridiculous! $33!”

Hi there, unfortunately, the shipping is pricey because it is a perishable item, it is frozen, it is shipped in a specially designed insulated box, and the package is very heavy. We do have free shipping options available on Amazon.com. Depending on where you live and what your shipping comes to it may be cheaper to order on Amazon in the future. :)

Hi there Jose, the tracking is showing that all of your boxes were delivered. 2 on Saturday 12/2 and one was delivered today 12/7. Please contact me directly at support@rawgeneration.com if you did not receive all 3 boxes.
