I was on day #2 of the cleanse when I realized that "Organic" was not written on the bottles. I had assumed that I wasn't drinking in tons of pesticides as part of a "cleanse", but I was wrong. As expensive as this product was, and the fact that it was intended as a health product, I had to assume it was all organic. I called the company and it was confirmed that no, the vegetables are not organic and that they have no intention of changing to use only organic fruits and vegetables. I am disappointed and, quite frankly, scared! I only eat organic kale, apples, cucumbers; all those included on what I call the deadly dozen that were regular ingredients in these soups and juices. Here I had a concentrated dose of these toxins!!! The juices and soups were delicious, but I will never take this product again.

Hi there, all of the juice is cold pressed and non-pasteurized. Technically we are not certified organic, however, all of our produce is delivered fresh daily from a local chemical-free facility. There are no harsh chemicals used in the growing, cleaning or pressing process of the produce. The skinny elixir fat burner is 100% organic.

The juices are good. So far they have all been pretty tasty. Definitely different from the other juice clense ive done. I’m beginning day 3 and my appetite is minimum, but my energy level is definitely less than normal. I recommend to anyone trying to get clean, clear and rejuvenated.

I bought Raw off of Groupon at great price. I wished you all would include the shipping on the Groupon page after choosing which package we want it make the process a lot easier for the consumer.

Okay, so this is not so much a cleanse as it is sitting down at the sugar bowl. There's a reason all these other reviews say the juices taste so good... they have around 20-31 grams of sugar each!!! That's like drinking a soda! Fruits are the first or second ingredient (and even worse, it's pineapple and oranges for the two juices - the highest sugar fruits). Yes, it's natural sugars from fruits, but it's still way too much sugar (your daily intake of sugar should be 25 grams or less). I was crashing every day by 3 pm from a sugar crash and generally felt awful. I actually didn't want to drink another juice because I couldn't stomach more sweets. I was actually craving green, leafy vegetables on this cleanse. I feel like I need a detox from this detox. I'm bummed I wasted my money.

Hi there, With all the concerns around SUGAR in our diets being brought to light, this is a valid concern amongst juicers. This is because juice, when found in the grocery store, i.e. your standard pasteurized apple, cranberry, orange juices, IS straight-up sugar water. It has been processed in order to keep it from spoiling, but in the process, loses all of its nutritional content. It's a common misunderstanding that because added sugars are bad, the same must apply to fruits, which also contain fructose. However... this is completely wrong. Fructose is only harmful in large amounts and it is almost impossible to overeat fructose by eating fruit. NOTHING is EVER added to our juices. It is fruit and veggies and nothing else. When focusing on the idea of taking in more carbohydrates (even natural ones found in the fruits that are juiced) is, it’s a matter of balancing your macronutrients. For instance, since you won’t be taking in the regular amount of fats and protein you would while not on a cleanse, it allows your body to process more carbs— especially without the fiber. If you are still concerned with balancing your blood sugar levels, consider drinking our juice as a supplement to your diet full of vegetables, healthy fats, and protein. Fatigue is a symptom that is common to juicing. It can be due to a reduction in calories, lack of hydration as you may not feel like drinking more water when you’ve already drank juice, or withdrawal from certain substances such as caffeine, sugar etc. It's also not unusual to crave savory foods while on a juice cleanse. For that reason, we have a variety of other products designed to meet your personal preferences. The Soup Cleanse or our new low-carb Keto Cleanse sound like they would be a better fit for you.

I love the products but shipping is too expensive and recently the customer contact has been poor. After placing an order, I get confirmation and then nothing more. I have had to inquire about delivery and at this very moment I have yet to get the tracking info on an order that is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Since the juice needs to be refrigerated immediately, I like to schedule delivery when I am home to be sure I can receive the package and get the juice into to freezer before it is completely thawed.

To be clear this has nothing to do with the taste of the juice. I have no idea what the juice tastes like. It will supposedly get here tomorrow March 16, for an order placed on the 5th. I have ordered juice form a couple places and this is the longest it's ever taken to receive an order.

I ordered the 7 Day Skinny Cleanse to do before my brother's wedding. It was set to arrive a week in advance. However, due to the storms, the shipping was delayed until Tuesday--a mere four days before the wedding and obviously not enough time to complete the cleanse. After calling customer service, it was clear that this was the fault of FedEx, and not RG. After the woman I spoke with on the phone graciously offered to contact FedEx on my behalf and try to rush ship my order, and to no avail, she offered me a full refund due to the late delivery. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, but MAKE SURE YOU ORDER WITH EXTRA TIME!! These juices came completely frozen even after being four days late. Give yourself extra time to order. As for the taste, the green juices are refreshing, but taste/smell like grass (I think that's just how kale and spinach taste...). The other three are delicious, however. I think if I order again, I'll try the 7 Day Protein Cleanse.

These are amazing! The juices arrived still 3/4 frozen, 5 days after they were shipped. They used careful insulated packaging to ensure the best results. I made the mistake of putting my entire 7-day cleanse in the fridge and they still have some ice, which makes them slushy and delicious! They taste amazing!
