“Thinking about flavor, nutrition, value, and overall impact of this product, I’d give it about 3 out of 5 stars. I went with the low sugar option since I rarely eat sugar, but it was just not enough calories for me. I found myself often feeling starving and unsatisfied. I wanted to try the protein version but it was too high in sugar, so no good option there for needing more protein and sustenance. Flavors were just okay. I really liked the citrus mint, but all othered were borderline bad. The morning celery is intolerable. I ended up just drinking them in between meals so they wouldn’t go to waste so I can’t speak to the actual cleanse or how it made me feel because I couldn’t follow it based on the directions. Regarding cost, I can find very similar cold pressed never frozen juices in my local Whole Foods or Publix for about half the price of these and they’re not even organic.”

Hi Bethany, Lisa here, the Nutritionist at Raw Generation. Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience. Yes, the Lower Sugar Detox Cleanse is lower in calories and sugar - this is why we include a Cleanse Guide that gives suggestions of foods you can eat during cleansing that do not hinder results, but make it easier to sustain for multiple days. It is a common misconception that fruit sugar is the same as processed sugar when it comes to weight and health; however, neither is true. The natural sugars found in fruits are beneficial for your body, not harmful. All of our cold-pressed juices and plant-based smoothies use only fruits to sweeten them. Lastly, I would just like to speak to the other juices you mentioned at Whole Foods (or any other store) - Unless the store has an actual juice bar within the location, none of the "cold-pressed" juices you see in a store are actually raw. By law, they must either be heat pasteurized or HPP'd (high pressure-processed). Both of these processes substantially degrade the flavor of the juice, and both destroy the nutrition and denature the enzymes of the juice. This is why we cold-press, immediately flash-freeze, and then ship our juices directly to customers frozen. It is the only way to ensure the highest quality of juice possible. “Couldn't stick with the 5 day fast. I did not like the taste of the juices with the exception of the orange citrus. I followed the fast to a tee for 3 days and lost 3 pounds.”

“I’ve ordered 3 times from this company so far and I love them! They always arrive on time and the juice taste amazing. I’ve lost about 5 pounds not because it doesn’t work but because I was still learning how not to combine proteins and over do it. But I will be ordering from them frequently and hope they never change the way they process or formulate their drinks.”

“I just completed the 10-Day Skinny Cleanse from Raw Generation, and WOW — I feel incredible! From day one, I noticed a difference in my energy levels, my digestion, and even my mood.
