RAW Generation is reluctant to get orders out in a timely manner. Shipping takes over a week and a half to receive. No pleased with my experience with this company. Will not try again.

Hi there, unfortunately, because of your transit time, and the fact that you ordered on a Wednesday at 8:30 at night, it is impossible for us to ship you an order before the following Monday, which is notated on the website. Unfortunately, also this week, today Monday 5/28 is a holiday, so that added a bit of time as well. Unfortunately, because of your location and the time of your order, there is absolutely nothing we can do to get your order there any faster, but we do apologize for any inconvenience. Your order has been canceled and refunded. Have a wonderful day.

I've enjoyed the juice cleanses many time, and now I'm doing the keto cleanse. I love almost all of the drinks (not so crazy about the Brazil nut one), and midway through the second day but not hungry. Also, I'm already having fewer cravings for sugar and carbs.

My juice arrived quickly and still partially frozen. Everything tasted amazing, except for aloe cucumber juice, but even that wasn’t horrible. I have a difficult time fitting in a healthy breakfast and/or lunch some days, so it was perfect to have these amazing juices available on those days! I won’t be able to do it often due to the price and shipping (which I completely get and understand why it’s so), but I’ll definitely order when I’m able!

I love the juices, they taste great and fresh. I will recommend it 100% you wont regret. I feel light and full of energy after a week of drink them Their customer service was great too. I will add them to my daily routine instead of only cleansing days.💞💞

Juices are amazing! The taste is great and the way I feel after I do a cleanse is wonderful. I have tried the protein drinks as well and they were very bland. I was only able to drink them while they were still slushy otherwise it was like drinking chalk. I will always order the juices though! They’re better than any I’ve bought in local stores

I began my experience being extremely frustrated. The juice took over 48 hours to thaw and really threw me off the plan I had made. The juice itself made my frustration worth it however, as it was the best I’ve had. It tasted fresh and as if I had juiced it myself. In addition, I did not feel hungry like I have in other juice cleanses. I would definitely do the cleanse again.

Ordered 2 sets of the keto cleanse juices and they made me vomit. These were horrible tasting. I really would like a different cleanse with the amount of money I spent

Please refer to your records of my previous emails and the one voice message I left indicating I was frustrated. I received one final RUDE email from customer support Amanda which tipped me to post my frustration to social media. As a result I posted the below message to my Facebook account which explains why. If someone from management would like to talk to me in person, I would be happy to discuss further. May 9, 2018 "Tis true.....Sometimes you have to do it .... you have to RESPECTFULLY tell a person or a business "I'm leaving" or a/k/a "go f*ck yourself.” and be GOOD WITH IT. In this case, I told Raw Generation Juice Company I will be taking my business elsewhere. In my scenario, it was ultimately due to a lack of proactive communication on shipping delays which negatively impacted meal planning and Sean's travel schedule, miscommunication due to Raw Generation's lack of product itemization on the confirmation email, and a rude email from a customer service rep named Amanda (see her email below) telling me she "would have" refunded me $20 for my inconvenience on a $149 order IF I had not decided to tell her I was taking my business elsewhere for their lack of professional standards. Since she "OFFERS" the refund AFTER I indicate my TOTAL FRUSTRATION, and does not attempt to apologize, I guess the dig is supposed to be a slap on my hand. To bad for Raw Generation...... I don't think this rep realizes that the measly $20 credit does not account for the multiple future purchases of $149 they will no longer receive. Nor does she realize that there are other raw juice companies out there that I have YET to try. Nor does she realize that I DON'T NEED TO PURCHASE JUICE. I mean seriously .... it's ONLY juice.So THANK YOU Raw Generation for allowing me to express myself!!! HA HA HA HA HA Feels GOOD!!!! "

Good, glad it made you feel good considering that wasn't at all how the email was meant :) I told you I would have just refunded you and you didn't have to threaten your business or be for lack of a better word extremely rude to a perfect stranger who apologized over and over again for the inconvenience. Glad this review made you feel good though! It's been a pleasure! :)
