“I am a big fan of red products. I was a little disappointed recently to discover a voucher i was given as a thank you from my work (they know i am a big Red fan) could not be redeemed against a new board as i was looking to invest in a second. But as a company i cannot fault the quality of there items. Everything i own that is Red is fantastic”

“Great customer service. I forgot a section of the order, so when I ordered it, it generated postage fees. I spoke to the team who immediately resolved it, refunded the fee and put everything into 1 order. Not only is this great for me, but also the environment ... 1 box just the right size, 1 van, 1 delivery. Well done Red. 👏”

“I bought a dry robe from this site and was very impressed with the quick delivery. Very efficient. I've only knocked a star off because I had looked into buying last year and they seemed to be continually out-of-stock. However I think this was probably due to the popularity of these items during lockdown.”
