I love my dry robe from red original - exactly what I wanted. However, I ordered the navy one and the Colour is a bit dull - not as vibrant as the photo and the main reason for only 2 stars is although free next day delivery is advertised on orders before 2pm, my confirmation email said it would take 2 days. When I complained the attitude was “never mind, you’ll love it when it does arrive” Not the point guys - you need to deliver what you promise.

Disappointed enough to return and stand the cost if return postage too. I have a dry robe advance and towelling dry robe and the sizing isn't anywhere near as good as that brand.

I recently bought my 2nd board from RED. I'm impressed with the durability of their boards and have recommended them to several of my friends and others who I have talked to about the RED boards. Communication has been really good until just recently. They were very good about helping me purchase a board cover from their international site. However, I forgot to enter a promotional code to get a 10% discount. I have sent 2 emails explaining this and suggesting a remedy, but since getting my money, I haven't gotten any response to my emails. Very disappointing. I also have a problem with their new bungee system that I have asked them about and haven't gotten any response to that problem either. This was a 5 star company as long as all I had was praise for them. Now that I'm having problems they have gone silent.

Online retailer, which unfortunately does not accommodate pre paid returns, the buyer needs to pay for the rerun of goods.

Recently bought a men’s performance t shirt in large size. When it arrived and I tried it on it was smaller than a medium I had bought before it could have been incorrectly labelled. I had to return it. However I have bought other kit which has been good.

The red logo was plastered all over the posting bag so when my husband took receipt of it he knew what was in the bag. Spoiled the surprise. :(

Far too big for me , I’m female and 5ft 5” and size 8. Length is good but the arms are several inches too long and body is massive . I like the press studs and zip options but I wouldn’t recommend for smaller size women.

I got my order of Men's Luxury Towelling Robe and Women's Luxury Towelling Robe. All in a Large size. What was my surprise, I couldn't distinguish between Men's and Women's. They're all the same! I was so disappointed. Your e-shop is missleading the customers, when you're selling different Men's and Women's. You should clearly say that's all unisex and there's no difference between them.

Sadly not what I expected. Cup leaks if not upright. Lid pops off unless vented. Will be returning when I can get to a post office- shame I have to pay postage!
