“Said long sleeves not long enough only goes to 2 inches before wrist not happy”

“I’m afraid I’ve received the request for the review before I’ve received the product - as was not delivered on the day before Christmas that it was meant to be. So, I would suggest Red are more realistic on possible delivery dates around Christmas.”

“Fast delivery. Sadly had to return the item due to sizing but return was straight-forward enough, if a little slow, and I got a hassle-free refund minus postage. I would happily buy their products again but won't order online since sizing was way off and returns aren't free.”

“Bought a changing robe which is great. It's warm and waterproof. Highly rate it. However, I also bought a 'waterproof' rucksack which isn't waterproof at all. Every time it rains or I go paddleboarding, the front pocket is full of water! Don't rate that!”

Hi Richard, Many thanks for your review and glad that the changing robe is performing well for you. With regards to the backpack the front pocket is water resistant and not waterproof with the main compartment being 100% waterproof. Due to the costs of waterproof zips we wanted to keep the price of the bag down hence opting for the roll top closure for the main compartment and a water resistant zip on the front as we wanted this to be affordable but still functional. If using on a paddle board I would recommend just loading items into the main compartment as this will keep everything dry. Hope that helps. Kind regards Luke

“The bag and the organizer inside is amazing, bag is built with great quality. The only thing that requires a little more work is the shoulder straps. They feel a little on the cheap side, they could be built with a little more cushion. I might end up dissecting them and adding my own. Other than that awesome bag!”

“Speedy delivery but drycoat had an unfinished inner seem . Only affected finish rather than function . I contacted customer service who suggested I trimmed myself . Not what I expected for a full price item.”
