I ordered an item for a gift for my son and I promptly got an email telling me the order Has been canceled and I needed to re-order using US currency… No link was provided so I didn’t bother

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the delay in coming back to you. It sounds like your returns label were processed over the weekend and was sent to you yesterday for delivery at your local collect plus drop off point. Once returned and checked over we will issue the refund on your order.

Wrong sized item arrived. Return procedure not straight forward and I am still awaiting a refund after nearly a month. I have had no response to my emails and telephone calls trying to resolve as Customer Services seems to be unavailable.

Hi Susan, Sorry to hear that you have had a delay in getting a refund on your return. On investigating this it appears that the parcel has been lost by the garage that you dropped the return off to. We have raised a claim with Collect Plus and will refund your item now as you have provided us with proof that the item was received by them. Once again apologies for the inconvenience. WARNING - if you are in the USA, you cannot return or exchange items with this company without paying shipping costs that are MORE than the product itself. Make sure you are very satisfied with the item you are purchasing, as you are stuck with it.

I purchased a changing robe, ordered the wrong size and emailed immediately to stop the order....the order was still sent, the returns label they gave was not freepost! I wasted over 5 hours with 9 trips to the post office queing at the busiest time of the year! Outside in the rain as we had to social distance. I expect a refund of £11 The staff were helpful but the freepost returns system is not up to date or scratch

Let down by order processing team! I ordered some gifts for Father’s Day but it transpired from speaking with DPD that the goods didn’t leave your warehouse in time to make it on time. In fairness, your Customer Service team fielded emails on a Saturday even though the office was closed, but just a refund did not remedy the time spent dealing with this matter, nor time and cost in sourcing gifts elsewhere. Not good enough.
