“Great quality, bit disappointed that I was charged £10 to return the item for a different size. So it has cost £15 in postage to get the correct size. I cannot fault the quality of the toweling robe.”

“The delivery time is quick (as are the refunds - I ordered the wrong item initially and had to return it and website is quick and easy to use for purchases and returns. The only thing I would say is that the box was damaged on the first package I received. The contents were not affected in any way, but the box was quite torn so potentially could have led to damage of the contents.”
