“Great product. Kept me warm after my first cold water, open water swim yesterday. My only complaint is that your product is made in China. Had I known this, I would not have purchased it. I am Canadian, so assumed that a product from England was made in England. China has taken a number of Canadians hostage over the last several years, and perpetrates human rights abuses. How do I know that your product was not made using forced labour in Xinjiang?”

“Great board that seems well made. Bit disappointed that the pump hose and repair kit container where defective. The pump hose was replaced straight away. Also a good quality bag but the zip tag fell off second use.”

“This was my first time to buy Red original items. I had the items delivered to Canada extremely quickly, in 2 days. Very impressive. Most items are of good quality. I can only wish Red original was a little less pricy. I submitted a return request for one of the items and been waiting for approval for few days already. Why do I even need an approval?”

“Staff helpful when I contacted Red Original. I chose my products and order processed efficiently and delivered on time, well packaged, as one would expect them to be. Products generally a little pricey and although there are many products I would like to purchase this will deter my future purchases as good comparable products available cheaper elsewhere.”

“I have given this float coat 4 stars because we have yet to try it in the water. We are in Cornwall next week so will be truly tested. However it is a small and fits our mini labradoodle pawfectly and he was happy to trundle around the house in with it on, its bright with good strong handles that will hopefully stand the test of time and use. Delivery was fast and freddy was thankful for his bag of treats which he has saved for his holiday.”

“No doubt it’s a very well built life jacket, however, I feel it is overpriced. I went with this one for the sole reason that I was searching for one online, since this town has limited pet supplies and we all know that “you get what you pay for” in this case I wanted something that worked and was designed well. I got a great product indeed, I just wished the price was more reasonable. I bet you’d sale more of them, even folks that buy cheaper boards care for their pets. Ok that was long, bottom line, great vest for my pup’s comfort and safety!”
