“I love this brand! the pro dry robe is amazing its like wearing a duvet/sleeping bag and rolls up smaller than other dry robes. It has deep warm pockets and a water proof zip up pocket for your phone etc. I received really thoughtful customer service who went our of their way to get the robe to me so I could use it on my holiday, I was given really helpful advice and all my questions were answered. I was concerned about spending so much on this but after using it for a week in Cornwall in and out of the sea and warming up on the evening sitting outside I know it was money well spent! It will be used for wild swimming too when back home so I think it will really be beneficial. Many Thanks”

“I love my Red Paddle Board. The kit is top of the range but you pay top dollar so I expected that. But they don’t just want your money the company backed up my purchase with a series of tips to get me going. They wanted me to enjoy my board. The tips and tricks were good, easy ways to pack up and inflate and keep safe. Really a nice touch and made me feel part of the Red family. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone buy Red if they can afford it.”

“When we started our sup life . Not knowing much we bought two Oneil sups’s for the price of one red. That seemed the right thing for a beginner to do . Now we know different . I would suggest to anyone starting out if they can afford to to go straight for a red paddle board company sup to do so.”

“From start to finish the order was so easy and the communication was excellent. Loved getting the personalised email from luke thanking me for a repeat order. “I wanted a dry bag to carry a kayak trolley on my kayak. I contacted Red Original by online chat and they confirmed the size of bag I needed. They dispatched the bag but the courier lost it. Red Original sent another one immediately I told them and even refunded my next day delivery charge. Ross dealt with the problem and was even nice enough to send me an email to check I had received it in time for my planned kayaking trip. Great service from start to finish!”
