I spoke to the team who immediately resolved it, refunded the fee and put everything into 1 order. “We ordered the medium long sleeve pro change robes based on the reviews we read. To say we are impressed is an understatement. The robes are perfect, cozy, and they double as a great dog walking coat at 6 AM. We were pleasantly surprised that our order arrived within 6 days of being ordered, and that the shipping follow up was so good. All in all, we are very impressed with the product and your company.”
