“The training was good. Kindly allow us to download the course PDF file or else provide the hardcopy of the same. It is difficult to go online for reading any topic each time.”

We agree that it is sometimes difficult to go online for reading materials; it's a personal preference, and 99% of all courses are now using electronic manuals. We can't provide a PDF as we aren't allowed to; however, we might be able to source an official vendor-certified book if you prefer; please contact your account manager directly to investigate and provide you with a price for the books. “I had the pleasure of being trained by Jerry Solomon, one of the most talented trainers I have ever encountered. If Australian universities had at least half the teaching staff of his caliber, the quality of graduates would improve dramatically. Despite the intensive training, I found it enjoyable to follow the material, and even in the last 5 days, it was as entertaining as watching Netflix. It was my first time experiencing "bridge learning," and it was remarkable how much I was able to absorb in such a short time. The proof of this was evident when I successfully passed my Palo Alto firewall certification exam the next day, despite having no industry experience. I also want to express my gratitude to Noor Hassan, the salesperson who was extremely supportive throughout the enrollment process, making it possible for me to enroll at such short notice. I am eagerly looking forward to attending more classes with this exceptional team.”

“This was an awesome training course, I haven't done too many but the ones I have done don't compare to this. The instructor Vinicious has great, they kept a good pace, encouraged asking questions (which I love) and was always willing to assist when needed. I really enjoyed the lab aspects of it as well despite the few bugs that made things not work. Over-all I'd give this course a 4/5 (-1 for the bugs in the labs)”
