“The instructor was descent but gave a really weird best practice of upgrading one firewall and waiting a week to verify traffic is good. Then upgrading the second member of the cluster. Labs were complete junk. We had to skip some lecture because the labs were broke sooo many times. I WILL NEVER USE RED. A waste of money!”

Dear Anonymous, I'm must apologise for this situation. We used a third-party lab which caused this issue unexpectedly. Unfortunately, this really impacted the user experience and on behalf of the business, I apologise. This is by far no excuse and ultimately our fault. If not already... we'll be in contact to see if we can offer further support and once again our sincerest apologies. We pride ourselves on exceptional service and we've fallen well short, this time.

“It was a good training and the trainer Nanda is very good”

“The Training was good by an experienced trainer who was willing to stay back as long as we needed his assistance with labs after the classes, which was really appreciative. Some labs needed additional system resources on VM side which was quickly catered to once raised. Learned quite a few things and training was well conducted with a friendly environment by the Trainer.”
