“Interactive yes. Insightful, for sure not. We have different employees doing at different times the same course and instructors should be aware of previous complaints done in the past about the same course. The instructor did not do his homework preparing the environment for students and instead suggested all to enter their company credentials in an INSECURE environment (specifically created for the course). Instructor was rude, impolite and lacked patience. At one point suggested our company was "not good" for having a customer sitting the same course (in our defense juniors are invited to take this course before accessing our XDR). From our customer perspective, this course was a complete waste of time and after experiencing a smooth, helpful and efficient deployment the person was not comfortable with a stranger "bad-mouthing" and exposing their reputation for hiring allegedly a non-competent company. One of our colleagues that had some experience in XDR stated that the instructor had enough experience to read out and "translate the slides" but very deficient in any aspect not explicitly covered.”

“I am a beginner to firewall technology. Attique Bhatti (the technical trainer) has explained in the most simplified way which made the concepts clear. Kudos to Red Education for an amazing training. The lab manual explains in detail which is quite helpful.”

“Red Education were very responsive, flexible and keen to meet our requirements around course scheduling & participant numbers. Completing the course remotely (from home) was a seamless experience and worked better than I expected. Instructor was good but seems Instructors are now based in different timezones / anywhere in the world (middle east, south america & presenting to Australian audience during our business hours) - which is not ideal for their health (we felt bad for them).”

“I understand that a company that aims to provide courses at a global level needs to be attentive and willing to make concessions and adjustments that meet the diverse cultural needs and requirements of each country. In this sense, I made a rather simple request to Red Education, which was to include the total number of hours (course duration) on the certificate. This information is quite common, frequently requested, and also provided by the majority of Brazilian companies. However, the response was simply, "No, this is not possible." I found this truly regrettable and believe that in this case, there was a lack of willingness to accommodate my request.”
