“I attended the Palo Alto EDU 318-LO training for 2 days. The material was very concentrated and the trainer Baldev Krishnamurthy focused on his job. He proved his very good knowledge by being able to answer my questions quickly with valuable details. The sound could have been better, but this does not reduce the course and trainer quality.”

“Attended the CCSA course virtually, the trainer was quite knowledgeable in Check Point and security principles in general. Much like a university course, he would present the content in a slide deck / whiteboard so not much was directly taken from the CCSA course book itself. The lab set up was ready to go, some of the lab directions in the book missed a few operation (always refreshing not having to set up a virtual home lab). Overall a brilliant course, now I need to read the actual book to write the exam.”

“Attended the Check Point Certified VSX Specialist (CCVS). Spent the first hour and a half on day one waiting for the labs to become unbroken. Constant issues with being disconnected from the labs. Day 2 we were unable to complete the lab tasks as files to perform the work were not available. Overall I would not call this course 'Specialist'. It was very light on content and not in depth at all.”

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, I agree there's a lot to take in a class. If you need an additional day or two of lab time ...next time please make a special request to the account manager handling your training and ask for a couple more days. We quite often get asked this and if we have spare lab capacity in between global deliveries we'll certainly try to help you if we can. Thank you for this feedback and your four-star review.

“Dear Team, The trainer is very good but only one thing that would make the training hectic is 9 hours class contentious for 3 days.It should be 4 hours so student could give more attention and energetic.”

Thanks, Yogesh appreciate the feeback. It's always difficult to cater for this specialist training as the vendors who create the content which we deliver is built around a per-day training schedule, the businesses we support also don't wish to extend the training for the employees and wish them back at work ASAP, also the instructors time is valuable and usually don't wish to be paid for half-day deliveries. This impacts their income when booked in four-hour blocks per day. My apologies for the intensive training schedules however we do have a few issues when trying to do hourly block training and isn't conducive to the content we deliver in these circumstances. However, we really appreciate all feedback and thank you. Perhaps in the future, we can consider this on some of the less technical training pieces we do in the future.
