“Not sure if I will attend another Red Education course. There was a language barrier in my last class. Not that he didn't do a good enough job speaking, I feel he didn't add any more than what was in the book to read because of said barrier. And if that is the case, I am better off just reading the book myself.”

“Training was great, The Trainers were very knowledgeable. I would have preferred the training broken up into 2 sections. The course material was too much to absorb in one week. A break practicing the first part then a month later the second half would have been more beneficial. My only negative comment I can give is that due to it being an online course I found the accents of the trainer difficult to understand.”

Thanks for the feedback, may I suggest if we have another upcoming course (preferably local) I'd be happy to invite you along as a refresh resit, no charge. By then you should have had some time to absorb the concepts and any additional unanswered questions you still may have, we can then clarify at that point, I'll ask sales to reach out and see what we can do to assist if you think that is a good idea?
