“I don't know if my experience is the norm or just a fluke, but it seemed like nothing worked for this course and we weren't given what was promised in terms of lab time and instruction. Virtual lab infrastructure didn't work at all for the first day, so we couldn't start labs until day 2. I would have preferred that our instructor would have just pivoted to presenting content and slides for that day so that we could jump into labs for the rest of the time while we were waiting for servers to be fixed. I can at least say that the CCSE manual is helpful, and I will probably use that to help with checkpoint upgrades and migrations in the future. Vinny is a decent instructor, I just think he was very unlucky with the lab setup and had to troubleshoot on the fly, which is unfortunate.”

My sincere apologies; we had an issue with labs that was unavoidable, and staff were working furiously behind the scenes to minimize disruption.
