“The sales team or Red education should have done due diligence and advised courses based on the skill, previous trainings. We have been working on Palo Alto for few years now and have taken few courses, including the troubleshooting, however looks like we are going backwards with the learning path.”

We apologise for the inconvenience. I've done an investigation to understand the root cause of this situation. It appears that we didn't have any understanding of your previous experience as your initial nomination and details were provided via a third party, over which we have no control. Now that we are aware of this, we will escalate it internally next week to try and fix this process. You are absolutely correct; it makes no sense to take you back to the beginning course. If we had had full control over your process from the start, which is our normal process, this would have been flagged immediately. Please accept my apologies; however, thank you for bringing this to my attention. We hope to address this issue to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Thank you for your patience.

“This is not my first interaction with Red Education and every course that I have attended (all online proctored courses) has been hosted by extremely well-informed educators in a wide variety of products outside of the scope of the current course. This allows for the questions asked by the attendees to be understood by the educators from the asking perspective and explained accordingly from that as a starting point, which leads to a very good understanding of the answers provided and a high level of satisfaction. Additionally, for this course in particular I had to engage the management team of Red Education as a result of personal matters, here too the service level was excellent and I am a very happy and certified customer as a result.”

“The class was not well organized. It was based mostly on labs. If you don't have a little prior knowledge on checkpoint you would be lost. The labs where we'll written and quite straightforward until you hit a snag. The instructor was respectful and available to help. Quite knowledgeable on the subject. More control over the class wouod be nice because the more experienced attendees were too jumpy and this kept distracting the instructor. The worst part was the VMs that got erased and ended the class abruptly. That was a fatal error that spoiled my enter experience of the training. Totally unacceptable. Offering access to the VMs at Red education's own convenience was not nice at all hence my low score.”
