“The course was really comprehensive with a lot of information. The instructor was really knowledgeable and was able to provide a lot of guidance. The application that was running the online labs was slow though and un responsive at times which was frustrating. I also didn't like that we weren't able to keep the documentation provided during the course(The course cost enough, why the hell is it not ours?)”

Hi Vince thank you for your feedback. We've looked into this and the Labs aren't hosted by ourselves and the Vendor doesn't allow full access to the content because of the risk posed by Grey Market trainers however we have escalated your concerns across to them to see if we can get them to internally review both speed and policy. Not much we can control from our end and my apologies that the experience wasn't a premium experience

“Course conducted for PCNSA was good, but still look forward in extending the practice LAB sessions as working person will not able to sit continuously concentrate on LAB session since of there daily routine work.”
