“overall course contents were good but labs need more instructions step by step, i found it hard to follow the instructions given in the lab, I have to ask the instructor a few times to clarify”

“Red education carries excellent training but one thing I will recommend to red education is to provide us extra lab hours post course completion so we can try some hand or we can do little more practice o n it”

“Everything is good with the training but sometimes we find issue of slowness with the Lab and some crashing of the VM. Rest everything was good with training.”

“The instructor made it through the given material easily, meetings ran smoothly, and reading material was provided in a timely manner. Would've preferred to do labs during the scheduled training time instead of later in the week though.”

“Great training material, trainer was very punctual, knowledgeable and communicated instructions clearly throughout the five (5) days. I gave a 4* rating because the training documentation was not available to keep at the conclusion of the course. It has to be purchased one per student only as a hard copy and the cost of shipping it from the US to AUS is four times the price of the book. Palo Alto should make the softcopy available to paying customers or include the price of the hard copy as part of the training course so everybody gets one.”
