“highly experienced instructor and provide effective contents & usecases. But I was not happy about virtual lab access issue. I think Red Education should give the concern virtual lab performances.”

Hi Najibul, Unfortunately, the labs weren't controlled by us, but by the Vendor directly. Usually, we control our labs however in this situation it was hosted outside our organisation and we had no control over the process. I've escalated your concerns with the Vendor and trust that next time it won't occur again. Apologies on that experience however I'm pleased you still enjoyed our instructor experience so thank you for that and your feedback.... It was most helpful.

“Remote learning via zoom, good content and instructor however the labs let the course down, a myriad of things didn't work and made the course rushed to catchup with many hours spent after the course to try correct to no avail”

“As a fresher it was difficult to catch the tricky points, but the trainer was very approachable and knowledgeable which made the learning entertaining. In a such short time span learnt hell lot of things which are of advance level. Also the modules were created accordingly. Enjoyed while learning.”

Thanks, Moinuddin, We're actually looking to sell additional lab days if it's needed for extra practice sessions. Next time you sit a course, you should be able to request extra days :)

“I was participating in F5 Administering BIG-IP virtual training with Travis Loke as instructor. During the training I found that Travis is very professional trainer, with great positive attitude and with solid competence on the matter of the training. During theoretical part all questions were answered, and during lab sessions all issues were explained and solved! Great!”
