“The training guide and practical exercises had not been updated and are missing or wrong. Too much time was spent on problems with missing information or incorrectly displayed info in the exercises. The worst part is the instructor knows about the info being wrong and lets the students struggle on the exercises instead of being actively involved in solving the problems.”

“The LAB doesn't cover all the course materials. I would recommend instructor leave the LABs to the students and not doing it and asking them to follow, instead focus on explaining the concepts.”

“THE learning experience was very good and the instructor is open to share any thing regarding the solution. Thank you. But one comment the lab environment is not so good please think about that.”

“I recently completed the CCNA with Red Education which i enjoyed. Our timezone was taken into consideration when scheduling which was appreciated, though we were happy to be somewhat flexible. The content was good, though I struggled with the trainer a little with trying to understand him sometimes. Overall though, was happy with the course and content”

We always aim for clarity, and your feedback will help us enhance our training delivery in the future. My suggestion is next time you sit a delivery, ask if you can sit in on a class with "Jerry", based in our Sydney office. He was also voted CISCO's Most Distinguished Instructor of the Year and comes highly recommended. Hope we see you back for further training. “I have attended many oter trainings for Checkpoint and this is not great tarining compared to those in teh past. Instructor was so great and was not helpful in troubleshooting and fixing teh lab issues.”

Whereas the theory and conceptual part would have been better if explained slowly and a bit more in depth.
