“He is reading on his notes, not well discussed the Palo Alto, and the Q & A is not able to deliver well the questions.”

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the training. I’m really sorry to read that. We strive for our instructors to provide a comprehensive learning experience and to engage effectively with our students. We followed up with the instructor, and some of your peers rated the labs and trainer as five stars. However, your input is crucial to our continuous improvement, and I apologise for missing the mark on this particular delivery. My suggestion next time is to use a private delivery; you should alert the account manager and the instructor so they can be consulted beforehand to accommodate any specific business-related questions. We can only deliver the standard course curriculum unless notified well in advance to accommodate changes to the curriculum to provide a more bespoke training experience. What we delivered was a standard training experience. If we'd known this beforehand, I'm sure we would have been better prepared.
