The time it took for the James webb telescope to launch out of earths orbit and now over 100000000 miles from earth, I’ve still not received refund. The products are fine but be aware refunds can take 1 month from when receiving back the shoes Too long red shoes

The slippers are well made but not that comfortable....the service is awful. No return label in box to return them and when I did return them had to chase a provide evidence that I sent them.back ..oh no free return! No apology for lack of customer service just a refund notification..eventually! Be wary of dealing with this company..they don't value your custom!

Hard uncomfortable shoes,had to print a label of for returns was charged for that on top they deducted money for returns label because they had to pay royal mail fore the label I downloaded. Because of their error not putting one in ! Looked like shoes were used an were small in fitting.

Good price for shoes, decent delivery time. Unfortunatly the shoes I ordered were too big. Sent them back but realised you get charged £2.50 for the returns label. Ridiculous now days and has put me off ordering again. Most online retailers offer free returns these days, I won’t be reordering an alternative size because of this.

The courier left the shoes propped up on the doorstep. The colour was not as shown on your web site. The charge for returns is excessive. I would never buy shoes on line again. Should have wIted for your shop to reopen.

I called on the Wednesday 11/7 to have a next day delivery made which was confirmed and I had to pay extra (£5.99) for, the item never arrived on the 12/7 as advised and paid for, the item arrived on the friday 13/7 which was too late as i was travelling on the evening of the 12/7. The item arrived with the spelling of my address all wrong which probably didnt help with delivery schedule even after i had to sit and spellout the address to the person taking the order. I returned the item which I was refunded, but nothing for the failed 24hr postage costs after it turned into a 48hr postal service. On top of which I had to run out and purchase another product from another supplier. The only consolation out of my first and last experience with redfoot they never charged me for return postage on the item.

Hi William, I do apologise for the line was quite bad so I did struggle to understand what was being said. However I don't believe this effected the delivery, it looks as though Hermes may have had some issue. I will refund you the next day delivery charge right away, I'm sorry that this wasn't refunded already. I can only apologise that your shoes arrived too late. Visibly faulty shoes were shipped to me with the box pretty smashed up. I thought the company should’ve at least inspected the merchandise before packing and shipping. I called the customer services to ask if I can exchange the shoes. Unhelpful, unconcerned and frankly can’t be bothered to do anything other than the bare minimum. She didn’t believe me and insisted I sent photos of the flaw which I did. She also told me to go on their website and buy another identical pair of shoes. I’d have to ship back the shoes (that’s not a problem) and they’ll then inspect and if they deem it faulty, the refund will take another 7-10 working days to process. I decided to take my custom elsewhere.

Hi Shahed, thank you for the feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that the shoes didn't fit you. You came into our offices and a member of our team tried to resolve this issue by bringing loads of styles to find a pair that fit you, apologies that this did not work. We haven't had any other sizing complaints from past customers and are unsure as to what the problem might have been. Apologies for this!

The shoes were extremely poor quality, looked and felt cheap. I therefore sent them back for a refund (which you have to pay for shipping, it's very subtle somewhere on their website). I sent this back almost a week ago and I keep getting emails about this yet nothing to even confirm my return has made it back to them? I've tried calling but I couldn't get through numerous times. I would not recommend Redfoot Shoes to others and I'm still waiting to get any information about my returns off them.

Hi Vere, Sorry to hear you have been having problems returning your item. DPD are usually brilliant, unfortunately on this occasion they have let us down. Wonderful young lady Gemma took my order & was most professional. The delivery was very poor, courier made little or no effort to find our address. Had to call the shop some week later & Gemma sorted it. So great service from the shop. Rubbish delivery

i requested to exchange a product via email less than a minute after it was purchased, i received no response and the item was still posted, i returned the item requesting an exchange not refund, no one came back to me and i have been refunded for the product. i am yet to receive a response.

The goods were already faulty on receipt. Sole was not glued properly to the shoe.

Hi Derek, I'm very sorry that the shoes were found to be too narrow. We do have a range of wider fitting shoes if this would be of any interest. Sometimes we sell stock which has been sold in our retail shop but when they are dispatched they should go through a rigorous pair checking process. I love Saltwater sandals and was excited to find this style online and available to ship to the US; however, the shoes I received were a full size larger than what I ordered. When I reached out to Customer Service, they told me that the size was right, despite the clear labeling difference on the box and shoes themselves -- and they were sorry they didn't fit right. Since the shoes are so cute and they style is forgiving, I'm keeping them instead of paying to return them or ordering another pair in some random size that "supposedly" will be right. Be careful if you order Saltwaters here -- read the confusing size disclaimer first.

Hi Triana, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As you say, Salt-Water sizing is very confusing. I can see that you ordered a UK 6 so this would have a 7 on the box and would be equivalent to a US 9. The 7 is where the confusion is in my opinion. This is the Salt-Water size which doesn't pertain to the other two sizes. I'm glad to hear you feel you can wear the size you have. We have a few members of staff who have the sandals and they tell us of how the leather gives. Once again, I'm glad you've received the sandals you like and thank you so much for your review.
