“Everything. Looks great and very efficient. The firebox looks more like a real log fire than any other gas log fire place I have seen. Russell's Heating and Cooling in Ferntree Gully Victoria provided excellent sales, installation and follow-up. Highly recommend them as a go to company if anyone is looking for a Regency gas log fire unit.”

“Absolutely love the radiant heat produced by our unit. Warms the house efficiently and keeps us toasty warm all through the night with minimal fuel load. It's made the 4am alarms during the cold winter morning bearable when it's still warm!”

“I don't actually own a Regency gas fireplace. I am a gas contractor that services and repairs gas fireplaces for many years. I do like Regency fireplaces, and enjoy making them beautiful and safe for my customers”
