“Our old unit did not provide any heating. The new unit heats our small living area up quickly. The look is sleek and modern. We love the driftwood log set with black crystals.”

“LOVE IT!!!!! The insert is amazing and kicks out a lot of heat. It took time to adjust to it from my previous fireplace, but with the installer's guidance (Highland Hearth), I am able to run the insert all day and heat my home and enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you to Regency Fireplace and to Highland Hearth!!!”

“I like the convenience and efficiency of the unit. The remote control functions well and the unit heats the room pretty well. One thing that does bother me is when the unit has been running then is turned off. After it is turned off the unit makes loud cracking-type sounds. Perhaps this is due to the cooling of the metal insert or something else but it is annoying and distracts from the quiet ambiance. Overall I am happy with the Regency insert.”
