Very happy with our blinds and how they look. Easy quote and smooth installation process. Some issues with communication after payment. Waited a few days but I didn’t recieve any invoice or receipt through email as promised until I called to request it. Price was incorrect however the issue was solved quickly. Friendly and helpful service.

Regency Knights were excellent on most aspects of the job - as ever, they were reliable, punctual, and generally very careful with the work. There was just one issue where we thought you could have done better: the plantation shutters in the bathroom look good when they're closed. However, when they're open the gap between the shutter frame and the window is unsightly. This gap should have been better covered by additional timber strips when the shutters were installed. Otherwise very happy with the work.

Regency Knights came when they were supposed to and were on time. The product came when they said it would. I have found all staff friendly and approachable.

4 out of 5 is a great score from me, 3 is average. From the young fellow who came out to measure up (which I still owe a ride in my car) to the quote, pick of materials and installers it was a far better experience than other places we tried, and we tried all the big names. We felt part of the family and valued. Why did they fail on a perfect 5? Well the installer failed to lube all the rails on the installation and one of the plastic hooks broke as a result. That would not have been a big issue, but I had to go through a person in after-sales service who I swear worked for another company, it was an inquisition and didn't make me feel like they were going to do anything. And they had no authority to do anything either. When I did get a call back from someone else, the process was easy and the installer apologised for missing the lube and fixed the issue in 5 minutes.

Very happy with my new curtains. Took a bit longer than expected to be ready but end result is great. Paid for and got great quality, Installers (Les and Craig) were awesome. Very polite, efficient and able to solve minor issues. Thank you

We have used Regency Knights on 3x occasions (2nd time was because one blind was missed during the quote for the initial install). Staff were friendly and professional on eachm occasion and problems and changes to appointments were communicated promptly to us. One of the chains from a double-roller-blind from our first install (~11-12months ago) snapped and this was recently repaired. However, this snapped in the same place a few days later and we have put a temporary fix on it. While we have not had this problem with other blinds as yet, we are hoping that this does not reflect the quality of our blinds. Thanks, Annette & Levi

The new curtains installed in the lounge room is good, except for the curtain draw cord which is very thin.

We found the service at Regency Knights very helpful and informative. Curtains arent cheap so it really helps knowing that you are getting a quality product, with helpful advice and flexibility when installing.

I only recently required a Regency Knights contractor to do a small installation job which he did with a little assistance from me. The contractor was friendly and was neat and tidy. However previous larger installation jobs were done very professionally.

We built a house and had Regency Knights fit curtains. They came measured for the curtains and then requested to return after the carpet was laid to measure again. Our builders said this was unusual (usually there is a standard carpet height allowed for), and meant that we didn't have curtains for a few weeks after the house was finished and we moved in. Their service was otherwise very good and we are happy with the quality of the products installed.

Regency Knights supplied blinds for our home that we were renovating. Their quote was comparable with other companies but I felt they responded quickly to our inquiry and their product was more suited to our needs. We have found these blinds have provided what we needed and delivery of the blinds was as arranged, there were no hold ups to the completion of the renovation. We have now used Regency Blinds twice in two different homes with different needs. We have been satisfied both times with their product and service.
