“gut aber zu teuer.Ich begreife einfach nicht, warum eine monatliche Zahlung nicht möglich ist. Alle wollen für 1 Jahr im Voraus. Viele Hartz IV Empfämger können das nicht bezahlen. Somit verzichte ich auf das Programm.”

“a bit pricy, but well worth the service. fixed all my computer technical problems, were very professional, and provided the services needed to fix my problems with my computer. very happy with this service. would highly recommend to others.”

“The amount of assistance was well above what I have experienced with similar computer related issues. Very patient staff who explained technical matters in terms which I could just about understand. Difficulties were really created by my Bank in releasing my payment.using my lap now All in all, although the time used by your staff was very long I appreciate the fact that I can feel much more comfortable using my laptop which will help my anxiety condition.”

“FROM START TO FINISH IT AS BEING A NIGHTMARE !!! I can never understand you making a payment and the total was paid then asking for near £800 after with a bad attitude and threat. I do not accept this kind of threat that put me in no other position to cancel my order, which even fell on deaf ears.”
