FROM START TO FINISH IT AS BEING A NIGHTMARE !!! I can never understand you making a payment and the total was paid then asking for near £800 after with a bad attitude and threat. I do not accept this kind of threat that put me in no other position to cancel my order, which even fell on deaf ears.

The programme is so annoying one minute it moving doing all that is asked of. Looking at the next part i is updated then freeze too

The program did eliminate some of my malware and issues. However it operates a bit of a scam in that you must call them to finish install. The option to finalize install is missing the cell to enter your key code so you must call. That call took ONE HOUR and became unpleasant and even became heated. After they build trust and confidence they jump into high pressure sales and even get NASTY with you if you push back!! Also mislead you with information for the sake of getting you to buy more services from them. Sales rep actually made statements like ” If you would just listen to me then I could explain” “If you would not interrupt me I can give you other options” I was not interrupting – I was responding to her questions or comments but she didn’t like that I was not agreeing to pay more money so she got rude. AVOID this scam to get more $$ out of you.

the people were knowledgeable but I thought when I purchased the key that all service would be included but I had to pay an additional $200 for the clean up.

Download the program, I ran it and I detected the deficiencies, I placed the key provided by the Reimage to carry out the maintenance following the free manual repair modality, it did not do anything and it took me back to the introduction of personal data and it gave me another one key and it repeated the same cycle and I could never correct the deficiencies

To use the manual license key: > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the license key including the dashes, then click OK. License key: > Click on the "Repair" button for each items found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. Note: If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items", it will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. > The manual license key is good for one-time use. look at the whole time that it took over 7 hours. and the only thing that I can see that took place was pairing my printer to the PC>

Purchased Reimage to hopefully fix a Windows Update error problem. After purchasing and running, it did not fix the problem. I immediately submitted for a refund. Got an email for Cleverbridge (im guessing their billing company) that stated they don't give refunds and that they only will not renew subscription and they can't refund me for the product I purchased. SCAM all over the place. I then called reimage's "VIP" service line. After explaining my issue and giving her my conact email and number, I said "Ok, thank you. Now just to clarify, this is what happened" and I proceeded to run through the process of what was going to happen on their end. The "customer service representative" then RUDELY disregarded my request for confirmation that I was making the proper steps for the refund and basically HUNG UP ON ME. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Still waiting to hear back from them about my refund.

Reimage identified software to be a security risk, when it is not. Then uninstalled the product and I had to reinstall the product. Seems the two cannot exist together. The support was very helpful with regards to invalid license keys and it was a good experience. Pitty about software not working as expected.
