Download the program, I ran it and I detected the deficiencies, I placed the key provided by the Reimage to carry out the maintenance following the free manual repair modality, it did not do anything and it took me back to the introduction of personal data and it gave me another one key and it repeated the same cycle and I could never correct the deficiencies

To use the manual license key: > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the license key including the dashes, then click OK. License key: > Click on the "Repair" button for each items found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. Note: If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items", it will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. > The manual license key is good for one-time use. look at the whole time that it took over 7 hours. and the only thing that I can see that took place was pairing my printer to the PC>

I purchased the one time clean and I still have the same issue. I am trying to get rid of mindjolt-a.kamaihd.net. It did not work. What now ?

Purchased Reimage to hopefully fix a Windows Update error problem. After purchasing and running, it did not fix the problem. I immediately submitted for a refund. Got an email for Cleverbridge (im guessing their billing company) that stated they don't give refunds and that they only will not renew subscription and they can't refund me for the product I purchased. SCAM all over the place. I then called reimage's "VIP" service line. After explaining my issue and giving her my conact email and number, I said "Ok, thank you. Now just to clarify, this is what happened" and I proceeded to run through the process of what was going to happen on their end. The "customer service representative" then RUDELY disregarded my request for confirmation that I was making the proper steps for the refund and basically HUNG UP ON ME. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Still waiting to hear back from them about my refund.

Reimage identified software to be a security risk, when it is not. Then uninstalled the product and I had to reinstall the product. Seems the two cannot exist together. The support was very helpful with regards to invalid license keys and it was a good experience. Pitty about software not working as expected.

Darmowa naprawa to lipa. Analiza owszem, ale kody do naprawy są albo odrzucane, albo od nowa analiza. Cztery razy próbowalem-szkoda czasu.

Initial advert on screen give impression that this is Windows free tool. Only when youn get to the end of the pitch do you find you have to pay for it. personally, I have this deceitful type of marketing so NO THANKS

I have spent over 3 hours trying what was once a reliable interface. There is now a requirement to renew payment ! his has been attempted several times and an order number and several license number have been issued - having been rejected (again several times) despite copying and pasting. Each reference to Paypal or somesuch asks again and again for detail an yet collapses along with the further access request and the validated licence codes. Now, come on "crew" - the original trials and sequences over a number of years, merited great praise. Now- even after forwarding payment (thus new codes - which fail) the whole routine fails to load to provide the search and repair sequence which once was an excellent procedure. P.S. you will (somewhere) have the facility authorised with an annual payment and yet it still requests details. any favourable comment are being very quickly eroded. George Fortune.

Well, it fixed some things but, no big deal. After running a scan, like everyone else, I had to purchase a license to make the repairs. I purchased a single license and allowed the software to fix the identified issues. 15 minutes later, 5 other issues are detected. Scan started and now I must purchase another license in order to fix the identified issues. Not sure there are issues. I purchased the license in an attempt to fix a windows update issue. The program found an issue with the updater application but, did not fix the problem. I'm not sure what other issues were fixed or if there were even other issues. I'm out $27 and still have a problem with my PC.

Reimage MAY have helped on my first scan. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT HONOR THE ONE-YEAR LICENSE I HAD PURCHASED. WHILE THERE WERE DAYS REMAINING ON THE LICENSE, REIMAGE SAID MY KEY WAS INVALID AND REFUSED TO RUN A REPAIR!

I have had previous good results (2018) but recently bought a new license. I reinstalled Reimage and entered the new key. I was pretty much annoyed that it did not work. Through the software dashboard I chose to "get my key" delivered to my email address. This confirmed that I did indeed have the correct key details. I again reinstalled Reimage and entered the key... Nothing!!! I have contacted support and will reserve further judgement until I hear from them. Watch this space!!

What went wrong? I did explain to the consultant that I was 84 years of age and I might have some difficulty responding quickly to some questions. I was not able to respond to request for full approval of the request for full access to my PC, simply because I did not understand how that access could be authorised. I needed some direction as to how the authorisation could be implemented. Two screens were displayed, but it was not clear which screen I was intended to use. Your records will indicate the period of time that I waited for a verbal response to my query. I followed up after some time, your records clearly indicate the length of time I waited. I phoned again and the problem that had disrupted my efforts over a period of 24 hours, of which less than one hour was involved in discussion with two of your consultants. I am very happy with the response and solution provided by the second consultant. I will highly recommend your organisation to any one who might question the quality of your support staff.
