I goofed by not putting in enough effort to research before using their service. I should have looked deeper into the company. Reviews would have warned me about their issues. Fortunately, RANGEPRO.ORG listened to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously and acted swiftly to fix the problem. I received my refund last week thanks to their help. This platform appeared trustworthy, but after I made my investment, I was unable to access my funds, and all communication with their support team was cut off. On March 9th I renewed my subscription for $41.95, and received 6 license keys none of which is valid. I have attempted to contact Reimage to rectify this issue with no response. On March14th by email and on March 20th by phone. A recording on the phone number in the receipt was no longer in operation. So I guess I'm out the $41.95

i had just gotten a compleye survey to delete all viral problems in my computer. they deleted all malware. that was just a few days ago. they charged nothing. i will not pay you anything for doing nothing.

An email confirmation with the transaction details, license keys, and activation steps, are usually sent to the email address registered during the purchase. On the Reimage software, click on the key icon on the upper right corner, and it should let you enter the license key. Wenn Sie den kostenlosen manuellen Lizenzschlüssel verwenden möchten, klicken Sie nicht auf „Alle Elemente reparieren“. Klicken Sie bei jedem gefundenen Problem auf „Reparieren“. Wenn Sie auf „Alle Elemente reparieren“ klicken, werden Sie zur Preisseite weitergeleitet, da für die automatische Reparatur ein kostenpflichtiger Lizenzschlüssel erforderlich ist. The software scans my computer then asks me to pay before it will repair the defects found. I paid twice now as confirmed by my bank statement, however, the software still asks me to pay, again and again. What gives?

If you have not received the email, the possible reasons are: 1. The email address registered was entered incorrectly 2. The confirmation email was sent to the Spam/Junk folders of your mail Run the software to start the scan. After the scan, look for the key icon on the upper right corner of the software. Enter the license key on the space provided. Be sure to include the dashes/hyphen, then click OK. Note that it is NOT case sensitive. Everything went well for the analysis. Then I bought the one-time-lic. The repair went also smooth. But the upgrade from Win 10 1909 to 22H2 stopped again after reaching 95%. The 3rd time now today. The program helped nothing just lowered my pocket money. What now? Is that reason for the 60days money back. Regards from Germany Helmut

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, von meinem Konto wurden 78,48€ für ein Jahr abgebucht. Im letzten Jahr habe ich nur halb so viel bezahlt und ich konnte den Dienst ohne Probleme nutzen. Ich habe sechs verscheide Lizenzschlüssel bekommen, aber wo und welchen von den sechs muss ich wie eingeben um nicht -nach jeden scannen eine Zahlungsaufforderung zu bekommen???
