It’s over 3 hours ago since I renewed my subscription. I requested before for the Licence Key. I was informed I’d receive an email in 15 minutes. I phoned and told they needed temporary access to my computer. I don’t want that. I’ve used the product before and could install myself. I did not think there was a big deal to it. ALL I NEEDED WAS MY LICENCE KEY. Thank you.

Nicht zu Empfehlen. Kostenloseses Programm funktioniert nicht. Es kommt immer die Seit für zu zahlen. Fühlt sich an wie Betrug. Ein enttäuschter User aus Köln

Habe versucht mit reimage mein Laptop zu Reparieren, habe den Lizensschlüssel eingegeben und 24,51 € bezahlt und dann versucht die Seite runterzuladen was nicht funktioniert. Hoffe das ich mein Geld schnell zurück bekomme.

i paid for this service on Jan. 20 2021 with paypal. have not received it. you asking for payment when i try to use it. just return my money and i'll go somewhere else

They took the money out of my account for my second year and now they are asking for a code. This is not what I was expecting and so disappointed. Considering they have my email, software already being used, emailed receipt, experts in fixing your computer makes life difficult as a world leader of internet system repair solutions. I will use a local person I can see and trust.

Hi Joe, Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. We apologize if you are having difficulties using the software. It seems that you are trying to run the manual repair using the free license key. To use the manual license key: > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the license key including the dashes, then click OK. License key: > Click on the "Repair" button for each item found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. Note: If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items" will route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. We hope this answers your concern for today. I have put my key into the box, pressed repair and it keeps going to pricing. have paid for the key twice £25.50 and £25.50, once with PayPal and once with my bank account, Either it works or it doesn't either way I require at least one payment returned to me, or a complete REFUND

I paid for renewel and and I haven't been given credit for it. Every time I try to run the program, I am told to pay again and that I need a "key" to enter and unlock the program. HELP!!

still no reply from the service team. sent two emails and rang the help line, just get "number not in use". They sent an automated email saying I'm not a customer! I've paid my money but still not received a key number! is this a scam?

Tried calling the number but was told it didn't exist and all the other numbers listed here. Key code never came through by email but money taken from account! unable to contact anyone.
