Did not repair and when I asked for a refund was ignored and up until now have not heard a thing.

the licence key is being requested twice, and after copy/paste it says that it's not valid - and starts the analysis again. I tried five times. frustrating.

To complete a repair using the free manual license key: > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the free manual license key including the dashes, then click OK. > Click on the "Repair" button for each item found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. > A manual license key can only be used once. Ustedes, no responden. yo sigo todas las instrucciones bien y me dan asignan clave contraseña. pero no ejecutan las reparaciones. no funciona. y siempre dicen clave no bien, como excusa para NO Ejecutar la reparación. Lo he intentado varias veces pero, no funciona. I am Sorry. I have a bad experience with you.

Don't waste your time like I have. After numerous attempts to utilize their manual free process. All that happens is you keep getting sent back to their purchase page. Looks like a complete scam.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, our Free manual repair is fully working and I think were missing a critical part thus were being sent back to the payment page.. After registering, you will be sent an email with your license key and this key is what we'll use to activate the free repair. Simply enter the code and hit OK. You'll then be presented with the challenges you wish to repair manually. Simply select which one you wish to repair and that should be it! The girls Rov and Cindy were nice enough but my main issue of a slow computer was not solved. You would think after 5 hours and $750.00 the job would be done. So now I would like a refund.

Reimage used to be, in my opinion, the world's leading computer assistant organisation. I have zero experience or ability and relied heavily on Reimage for aid, help, advice and many other things relevant to my computer. It grieves me deeply to say that, after a routine check today I was advised that my machine had a number of issues. When I clicked on "Start Repair" a message appeared asking me for money. My subscription still has some months to run so I tried to call their number only to be advised that the "number was not in service at this time." In many other organisations, these 2 matters are classic examples of financial problems within that organisation. I sincerely hope that is not the case with this, once great, operation. I will not make any further payments just in case. I only write to give early warning to prospective payees to be aware

I tried to call several times. No connection. I did write several emails. No answer. My Laptop is still not working well. Paid $300 for ths dissapointing performance. Refund policies are not to fulfill for a normal guy like me.

Purchased on 15th October and when I tried it today it asked for more money to fix problem. When asked to enter no. all I saw on invoice was product code which I entered but still they required money.I thought I had paid for 1 year M.Williamson
