Ich bin enttäuscht. Ich weiß nicht, was im System repariert wurde, aber geholfen hat es nicht. Nachdem ich einen Lizenzschlüssel eingegeben hatte und auf reparieren drückte, lief ein Scann und mein Notebook startete neu. Anschließend hatte ich die alten Anmeldeprobleme und ein erneuter Scann zeigte weiterhin Probleme auf. Nur mein Lizenzschlüssel hat die Gültigkeit verloren. Danke -für Nichts-

Took over 5 HOURS. Thought a techician was cleaning my laptop then transferred to another after 90 minutes. This new techician then asked me what problems I was having. Felt this information should have been passed on by the previous techician

I only downloaded Reimage as my computer was slow and it was recommended. I’m not an expert on the computer, it’s about 5 years old so I’ve cleaned the files off and made a few changes. I tried to call the toll free number to register product no response on hold for a long time so ended the call. Is this product safe on my computer? Is it a scam I have read some not so good reviews. I spent £30 on this, is it actually doing anything.

I found it very confusing when a company called Reimage Bluesnap took my renewal subscription, especially when I tried to load Reimage and was told my licence had expired! Having resolved that issue with one agent, another agent apparently 'fixed' my computer and then wanted a lot more money to give me full protection. This seemed like sharp practice so I refused. You should not use tactics like that if you want to be recommended.

Not sure I would do it again it's a money game they don't do much but get paid big. Not upfront on the coast to fix PC keep adding as they go

I've been an old user of Reimage for years and so far satisfied but this time have a problem with the service renewal as on April 30, 2021, to my surprise, my credit card was charged an annual service fee of $39.95 by PADDLE.NET*REIMAGE, and today when using Reimage to refresh my PC I got a notice that my license expired and I'am requested to pay?

It restored sound to the speakers of my monitor by selecting the correct default settings. This took a long time, several hours, while various tests for other solutions, including sound card check using earphones.

This app is great but my problem why i downloaded app because my game call of duty 2 had problem on multiplayer. I scaned my pc and once i press "fix" app yells at meto get an lisence even if i am 12 years old........ and there aren't something like frist time free.

The first technian left my computer worse off than it originally was. After threatening to stop payment, a second tech named My first tech left my computer worse off than it originally was. After threatening to stop payment, a second tech named Cindy reworked it and it seems to be working fine now.

To resolve, at the scan summary page simply look for something that says. "I have license key".
