I can now see my e-mail which is important for me as I need to connect with several people I was ready to suspend this service as I had a lousy technician yesterday who didn't resolve the problem.

for 3 days ago i had the key for 1 year, 1 reperation. Now its not working en there are new problems. I want the upgrate but dont pay the whole amount. Its minus 21,95 euro that I paid. Also contact support they should fix it. All the keys dont work anymore????

I agreed to a 3 year maintenance and repair contract for $299.99 through Reimage but at no time does the on line advice indicate that is USD. My credit card shows around AUD $425 Feel like I was cheated

Bonjour mon cher, Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que le virus est toujours présent sur votre ordinateur. Nous avons examiné les journaux de réparation pour comprendre le problème et avons constaté que les clés de licence sont toujours actives, ce qui signifie que le logiciel n'a pas encore été exécuté, ce qui explique peut-être pourquoi le virus est toujours présent. Pour activer le logiciel correctement, veuillez suivre les instructions ci-dessous. 1. Une fois l'analyse terminée, faites défiler l'écran vers le bas. 2. Cliquez sur le bouton radio indiquant «J'ai une clé de licence». 3. seems be working fine now but felt like I was being held hostage not by the he was great but by the company there add came and I could not do anything until I clicked on the banner, price was high but they got it done

Removal of a number of viruses only took place 2 days ago.so I am not in a position to know if it has been a success yet. Your technician fixed printing problem which I had assumed was connected with the virus removal exercise and for which I was grateful. The clarity of her voice was difficult to decipher. This was not all her fault as the quality of the telephone at this end is not that great. I certainly hope that in another two or three months I would be delighted to say that I have had a hassle free computing time. I am pleased to report that the service I have had from all your technicians was in a professional manner.
