“Fast solution but pretty high price for what they do. I like how it came with a subscription and they had a promo. Pc runs much faster now but there is some notable lag for certain programs. Sadly, their services don't cover other devices except for McAfee services. (I.E. if you have another PC with issues and bugs, they cannot service that). Please read the service package carefully as some employees may inflate their services (Support said 5 devices but in reality it was just 3).”

“They will not keep appointments, they will take longer than they say they will. I would not recommend based on price to service ratio.”

“Arjay was great!! he resolved my problems. I have a problem with Reimage. I had a 1:00 PM appointment. I chatted with Sydel, Tina and now Arjay. It took too long to resolve my problem. The company is unorganized. Arjay and Tina were great.”
