Very time consuming process not sure if my problem was resolved I only have the companies word on that. I was told that the cost to have a technician was $120 (I live in Australia) but was charged $$187.33 I now realise that would be US. That fact should have been communicated to me and I'm not happy.

Reimage was able to scan my computer and do a few repairs but I have not spoken with anyone at this company before. When I was looking for help with my PC; I was having all kinds of problems so I decided to pay to get some help. I was never told that my License would expire and I would have to pay again. After reading many reviews, I decided that it sounds like they dealt with a real person to ask questions etc. I refuse to pay another fee for this service since I did not receive half of the service your other clients did. If you cancel my service with your company because of non-payment; I will be sure to pass the word with my acquaintances and relatives because I feel I did not receive the same service others did.

To start out they were great. But as time progressed and problems kept popping back up, I then started having issues with getting in touch with people ? How is that ? especially when you agree to pay over $600 for "World Class Tech Support" ???? nothing world class when you have to call about 1/2 dozen times and get nobody to call you back.....nothing world class when someone finally does call you back and they don't answer and then hang up on you ?....nothing world class when you try to call them back and get no ring which then eventually changes to static and an operator cutting in saying that there was a bad connection ? nothing world class when you decide to look up another nr. for Re-Image on google and find a whole bunch of bad reviews about them online !!! I finally found a 213-275-3200 which eventually got me through to someone. DOn't use the 855-552-7463 that's worthless !! Anyhow eventually the problem on my CPU finally got resolved by getting rid of a bad McAfee app off my computer. I'm now using AVG which is a much better anti-virus/malware/protection tool for my windows 10 computer. I'll keep Ghost on their to change the IP address every time I boot up.

The product from what I can tell works as it should. Call center is pleasant but pushy and when renewing early they shortened my subscription by two months. Would not have known this if I did not ask them to verify the expiration date. Also kept pushing even after repeatedly telling them I was late for an appointment.

My issue is not with the Re-imaging software - which seems fine. Nor is it with the Technical Agent that fixed problems identified by the scan of my laptop. Nor is it with the sales agent that ran the scan - she was just doing her job. My issue is with the company practice of upselling. Yes I had an issue that may have been significant (namely a Trojan) and yes I had multiple other issues that may have been significant. However, I left the phone call and the transaction feeling that I had been duped into buying services without doing what I would normally do - in this case researching whether the Trojan that was present on my laptop was an issue and how significant an issue it was. Call it pressure selling or me being stupid, but there is no place for this type of activity. That said the software and (I guess) the services seem to have improved the performance of my laptop and I also guess that I have peace of mind that the Trojan has gone. I recommend that future potential customers bear in mind that the relatively low price of the software subscription could well turn into a much higher invoice after the upselling activity has been completed (which is what happened to me).
