“Although Bernard was helpful and was able to confirm my computer problems were not the result of a virus or malware, at the end of the session my problems still exist and the cause is unknown. I guess it is something Reimage can't help me with.”

“while important things were done and I appreciate the tremendous talent your work took, I have 2 concerns 1. It took a long time. 2. You tried to sell me much more than I could afford as a 72 year old senior living in a senior community. You hardly paused to let me talk . I did not understand all the tech talk. I would unfortunately have some reluctance to recommend you to my fellow seniors. I am in awe of the technical skill you have. Just be aware that 99 percent of people don't have your brains. “I had a tech take care of pop ups and viruses and felt the price was still high for what they did and felt that I was pushed into it and I kept telling the lady I could not afford it. I bought reimage for another year which I do like but 200 is a lot for fixed income and only for 1 time service.”

“I had been having problems with my computer and Reimage helped me to overcome them. They offered me future services and I accepted them for 3 years at £499.00. It was a while before my computer was updated - after nearly 2 hours, so I gave Jane a call and she helped with another update programme which took about 15 minutes and has given me a full system back. “I install because my you tube is not working I thought this would fix the problem but it did not my you tube keep saying an error has occurred please try later and after all the up dates is still not working.”

“i got much more response from reimage than I did with Microsoft support. the people at reimage seemed to know the OS better than the Microsoft people. my repairs took serveral hours so we'll see if the computer operates well. interest in reimage is growing little by little.”
