By the time I found out reimage was not just a pop-up, I was very upset with the fact that it was there all time. But it is working great now, so now my computer runs fast and I can only be thrilled at that.

Hello Marguerite, Thank you for posting a review. The pop up that you probably received from our Reimage program is its add-on which is called Reimage Real-time Protector. It scans your computer for programs which have recently crashed. This add-on would let you know how you could increase your computer's stability by running Reimage or by reinstalling the third-party program being reported to have recently crashed. I have used Reimage for 3 days now, attempting to correct some problems with my computer. I have been unabale to erase some bookmarks in my omputer and they keep reappearing. The current technician has jhelped to correct this problem but as I stated before I will know more once I turn off the computer and try it again. However, I am not being given that option at this time. So if it does not work I shall call back again.

After the initial repair, I was still having issues, but today the tech came back on to take care of them. So far, so good!

I have used Reimage for several years now, but I just experienced a major computer lockup just after running my latest service. I am not sure if Reimage was responsible or not, but it took me a day to clear and restore my computer. All is good now, but I am wary of Reimage now.

The program sounded great. Yes, it sure does clean your computer. What is not told up front, is that it will remove all your data and files, email addresses, ETC. It does a great cleaning job. I was horrified. Then I suppose Tech support will get your files back, with many Steps YOU have to take, for each File. I dont have the Time or skill to do that, and estimate it would take Days to perform. Thank goodness Windows or Restore, put my files and Data back where it was. The program should be for a computer without much data saved, or non important data. For others, perhaps a more computer literate person could handle it. Or, IF told In Advance of Installling the program, you could Save all your files and data somewhere FIRST. Thats what should be done. (DO NO SEND ME ANYTHING, DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING FOR ME, PLEASE. THANK YOU )

Do not know if it is a problem, but my Outlook is still working slower than it once did. Still, I receive emails, just sometimes more slowly than I would expect (emails arrive on my mobile more promptly). Outlook assists me in organizing my emails, though, and will not contact Reimage about this again.

As I rolled through the process I kept thinking maybe I was scammed because names of sequences were so unfamiliar to me. Many times thought about aborting.

Email does not seem to be working properly. I used to receive messages on MyChart from the doctors's office; now only my husband's come through, but not mine! I have checked with the doctor's office and they are using the correct email address for both of us. Also, I no longer am able to get Microsoft Solitaire Collection, which was one of my smy original complainst when I contacted you.
