“I renewed my subscription on July 7, 2021 it was not credited. This morning, August 7, 2021, I again renewed my subscription with my Visa Card and I still cannot repair my computer. Either get your act together or cancel my subscription. Milton Ply”

“The software seems not user-friendly. I paid for unlimited use for one year and got a license key. However, It gave me scanning and analyzing only and never got repaired on my computer. I had wasted two days running Reimage and didn't get problems resolved. I hereby ask for a refund. Please help.”

“It’s over 3 hours ago since I renewed my subscription. I requested before for the Licence Key. I was informed I’d receive an email in 15 minutes. I phoned and told they needed temporary access to my computer. I don’t want that. I’ve used the product before and could install myself. I did not think there was a big deal to it. ALL I NEEDED WAS MY LICENCE KEY. Thank you.”

“They took the money out of my account for my second year and now they are asking for a code. This is not what I was expecting and so disappointed. Considering they have my email, software already being used, emailed receipt, experts in fixing your computer makes life difficult as a world leader of internet system repair solutions.
