“My computer appeared to be slow so I purchased a 1 time repair from Reimage yesterday. When I opened my computer this morning my issue was worse. Programs that I was able to open before using Reimage are now not responding. I have a cloud backup which I was hoping to use to restore my files to a period before using Reimage but that will not open also. When running my virus software there were close to 4000 treats detected. These were not there before Reimage. I had one of their techs remote access to my computer but he could not resolve my issue. They did say they would refund my payment but what started out as a speed issue has now turned into a major problem. I would just be careful using this companys products”

“Paid for 12months. Every time I try and put my License Key number in, it says its invalid.”

“I'm paid up until 8/20/21 I need a key number so I can use your software because my pc went down and I lost all of my software. I had to reboot my pc to a different date. All I need is a key number but you keep making me send you e-mails telling you that my pc went down and I lost your software. How hard is that to understand!!”

“Pros: Allows for a manual fix of the "problems" it found. Cons: 1) Four problems found, all innocuous. One was a valuable utility I definitely do not want removed. 2) Performs all its scans (time consuming) upon startup of the program. 3) Waits until after time consuming scans are run before hitting you with the $ bill for "repair" that would have robbed me of a valuable piece of software. 4) Leaves itself installed with no instructions on how to remove it, nor did it warn of this nor offer an option to avoid it. 5) Requires my email address to post this review. A method of avoiding negative reviews. Strongly advise avoiding this product.”
