“The Free Manual Repair option is useless. I've done the scan, entered the Key Code numerous times, tried for 2 days and it goes nowhere. The system just keeps looping and repeatedly directs me to the page to purchase one of the Repair Plans. Extremely frustrating!”

“You charged me $29.95 You didn't say it was just for the program you didn't say anything about having to pay $100. and some in order to get the program to work! You intentionally advertised this way to make people think they were buying a fully functional Program! “My computer appeared to be slow so I purchased a 1 time repair from Reimage yesterday. When I opened my computer this morning my issue was worse. Programs that I was able to open before using Reimage are now not responding. I have a cloud backup which I was hoping to use to restore my files to a period before using Reimage but that will not open also. When running my virus software there were close to 4000 treats detected. These were not there before Reimage. I had one of their techs remote access to my computer but he could not resolve my issue. They did say they would refund my payment but what started out as a speed issue has now turned into a major problem. I would just be careful using this companys products”

“I'm paid up until 8/20/21 I need a key number so I can use your software because my pc went down and I lost all of my software. I had to reboot my pc to a different date.
