This is a rip off, and never even got to download it after paying. The customer support does not call you back, will come on and say someone will call you back, and after 1 hour and 2 attempts, still no call back. Am trying to get my money back now, heck with assistance to actually get the product!!! You pay the money, can't download, then get no assistance.the download assistance, keeps saying you get an EMAIL with the key. You aren't asked for an email address, thus don't have that. and calling customer support is no help, as will not speak to you. unless you enjoy complete FRUSTRATION, don't bother. all I want is my money back now. Heck with the product!!!!

I thought that I might like what this software had to offer, but after declining not 1 but 2 credit cards (Twice each) I gave up and called both of my banks to see if there was an issue or problem on their ends, which neither had any issues with my credit cards. I really don't think that I will bother with y'all anymore since I don't think that this program would be worth any more of my interest.

hello, Im going to be brief, but honest. Not happy, overcharged and staff unwilling to correct, product did not fix, or repair blue screen issue, scans had to be totally false, theres no way I had so many issues wrong with my pc. Sick of constant pop up, and sales ads. Seeking refund

this was the worst customer service I have ever had with reimage I have been a customer since 2015 there has always been license key problems and reimage has always honored the fix by issuing another key this time they did not they took control of my computer went thru my emails an kept telling me to buy another license key when the key that I had already purchased was still good untill 4/6/2020 reimage you have lost a long time customer I will not use your software again and will not recommend you to anyone in fact I will tell people to stay clear of this company they will rip you off dishonest company
