Se les debería de caer la cara de Vergüenza!!!. Dar la oportunidad de probar un producto, que en princio parece ideal, termina convirtiendose en una espiral de locura. La prueba manual es la "FARSA más FALSA" que he visto en mi larga vida. Un bucle entre reparar, clave manual, requiere versión premium. UNA Y OTRA VEZ...! UNA Y OTRA VEZ...! UNA Y OTRA VEZ...! Ustedes nos toman por IMBECILES...?.. Piensan que somos tontos?. Se aprobechan de nuestra ingenuidad y nuestro poco conocimiento tecnológico.. Me dan ustedes verdadero asco. Ustededes deberian,COMO OBLIGACIÓN, reparar gratuitamente mi PC, quitar su horrible software y todo resto que es imposible de eliminar, mentirosos. El buen trabajo, la buena política de empresa, el márketing.. Se han olvidado por completo de las normas y los valores de lanzamiento,exibición,muestra,etc.. de un producto.. Su política de "ensañamiento", de meter un producto por la fuerza y engaños, qué resultado les aporta? Ustedes creen que de esta manera el usuario final está contento? Ustedes creen que perder el día intentando probar su producto es una buena estratégia de marketing? Ustedes piensan que No poder desinstalar completamente su producto nos hace valorar su software positivamente.? Ustedes creen realmente que esperar el error, fallo e ignorancia del usuario haciendo CLICK en COMPRAR AHORA les hace más inteligentes? Cuántas personas,en el día de hoy, han probado(intentado probar) su software y, cuántas han dado CLICK en COMPRAR AHORA....? ¿¿¡¡ SE SIENTEN USTEDES ORGULLOSOS DE ESE ÉXITO!!?? ... Son ustedes carroñeros esperando a presas ingenuas y débiles tecnológicamente. ¡¡¡¡¡¡ SON INCAPACES DE VENDER UN PRODUCTO DIGNAMENTE !!!!! Carecen de fuerza de convicción y por ese motivo se convierten en MAFIOSOS, GANGTERS que imponen su ley por que no saben hacer otra cosa. Delicuentes que no miran a los ojos a su madre por que también las han engañado y aún así les sigue poniendo un plato de comida todos los días... .... Ustedes deberian de dedicarse a vender DROGAS se les daría muy bien ese negocio del narcotráfico... ... Esperando que mis palabras les llene de rabia sus tripas y rompa sus cerebros de grillo.., reciban un abrazo y cordial saludo y, espero verles pronto como vecino mío, bajo el pueste de Maria Cristina en San Sebatián, y así me arreglan las goteras y los problemas de viento que tiene el vivir bajo un puente. abrazos y saludos cordiales...........

Hola xera Gracias por informarnos sobre este asunto y lamentamos que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Pedimos disculpas por el malentendido. Al revisar las notas aquí, usó una clave de licencia gratuita válida para una sola reparación. También dice en el sistema que lo usó dos veces, con eso, la clave de licencia gratuita de una sola vez ya no funcionará. Envíenos también un correo electrónico para que podamos proporcionarle otra clave de licencia de forma gratuita. Your manual code did not work. Why would someone buy anything if it will not work in a basic mode?

Hello Kevin! Thank you for letting up know of this problem. We apologize on the misunderstanding. Upon checking the notes here, you used a free license key good for a single repair. It also says on the system that you used it thrice, with that, the one-time free license key will no longer work. Please also send us an email so we can provide you another license key for free. Hello Wayne, We are unsure why you didn't receive your keys and as per the usual the license key is presented right after the purchase and at the same time it is also forwarded via email. To pay about 22 € for a single time assistance key, is simply a robbery, at least 2 months lasting for such a price !!! And at the end it didn't solve the problem....

É pura enganação falarem que o sistema é gratuito. É fazer galhofa com a cara alheia... Uma vergonha ! Depois da milésima vez que solicitam a chave, remete o incauto para a sessão de pagamento. Mentirosos....

This is a rip off, and never even got to download it after paying. The customer support does not call you back, will come on and say someone will call you back, and after 1 hour and 2 attempts, still no call back. Am trying to get my money back now, heck with assistance to actually get the product!!! You pay the money, can't download, then get no assistance.the download assistance, keeps saying you get an EMAIL with the key. You aren't asked for an email address, thus don't have that. and calling customer support is no help, as will not speak to you. unless you enjoy complete FRUSTRATION, don't bother. all I want is my money back now. Heck with the product!!!!
