I also have stopped payment on your service! I paid with a credit card and its on my card and they are trying to charge me again! I really should know better!

Nur Schwierigkeiten. Reimage ist selbst ein Virusprogramm. Doppelt bezahlt, sehr schlechter Service. Ich denke, dass ich Reimage nie mehr installiere.

They kept sending the message that something is wrong with my computer. The message pops up and whatever you are doing when you click the X on the message it takes you out of whatever you were doing. I got the message so often I wondered if it was from Microsoft as the message just says this site etc. So unfortunately, I downloaded it then I could see it was not from Microsoft so I deleted it. I get a message that popped up while I was deleting it asking why I was deleting Reimage Repair. I explained adding that the message that they were sending was annoying as they were popping up every 10 to 20 minutes. I have always had popups blocked but they are able to bypass that. No sooner had the Reimage Repair been deleted, they sent that message again and again and again last night one right after the other. In there popup asking why they stated they would not send any more messages. So as far as I am concerned they are being unprofessional by doing that! Why would they send 3 in a row? Then of course tonight I just got 2 in a row. So, no I woud never recommenc this company to anyone ever.

This is a follow on from my review yesterday...May I first say thank you for the fast refund but all I wanted was my computer sorted. I now feel like a fish you caught and not able to get the the hook out you chucked back to die. My computer is now so unstable since your tech guy connected with it two days ago. I forgot to say yesterday he did offer to help me get Pay Pal credit for him to fix it for £150 ... Be very aware of the help line ..

I used this product just over a year ago and was impressed but not this time. I had a little problem with windows explorer so I purchased another licence and run the scan, as this did not solve the problem I called their help line. I was told it would cost me £450-550 to slove the problem, I then told him I would rather scrape the computer or wipe the hard drive. He then told me he would do it as a special offer for £150, after I told him I was retired he dropped the price to £100. He then added my Norton anti-Virus is no good but could do me an offer on MaCfee and also said I was waisting my time with Reimage as this only replaces files not repairs them. The help line is just sales people trying to scam you not to help you at all. As soon as I came off line (I did not purchase anything)and he closed his remote assistant my computer was the worst it has ever been, and now it will not even load icons on the desk top. I have rung their help line again and they say they will call me back with a technician and never do.... Wish I had never used this company ..Please be aware

Used repair software on another computer and it did not fix the issue. Asked for a refund but have not seen it on my credit account. Paid $34 CDN. This will not make me poor nor will it make Reimage rich. Just will not recommend them unless I get my refund back.
