The one time free offer does not work and the support had no answer except buy it!

Hello John, We are sorry to learn about the experience. I double checked on your account and noticed that the first key, was indeed already used. We know how frustrating it is having trouble with your computer. As a courtesy, we sent you an email with a new key that should work for a month's trial. :) Please note that the key is available to one computer only and will not work on any other computer once used. If you wish to use the new key on the same computer you used with the trial. We highly recommend you reinstall the software first. (Ticket number: HLS-652-51010) You may also want to consider the below resolutions. Normal Mode 1. Check Internet Connection (if possible, switch to Wired connection) 2. Do a Clean Boot, alternatively: Close all Open programs Disable Firewall and Anti Virus program if possible 3. Delete Temporary Files 4. Run Reimage Program 5. It seems to work pretty well but about 3 months before time for subscription to expire-it starts popping up and saying license key is invalid and you can't use it without out staying on the phone for hours while they try to sell you a repair by a "technician". Should give people a full year because it's already paid for!!!! SCAM!!!

Although i paid in advance the required fee by Master Card, unfortunately, Reimage couldn't fix the problem as promised at all! Therefore, I do request you to refund back the amount to on same Card.

Look up reviews for this company on BBB. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE OVER YOUR PC, U WON'T HAVE ANY MORE CONTROL OVER IT THEY HAVE TOTAL CONTROL. I HAD TO ACTUALLY PRAY FOR THIS GUY TO GIVE ME BACK CONTROL OVER MY PC AND HE JUST KEPT ASKING ME TO GIVE THEM MONEY FOR A FAKE VIRUS. I TOLD HIM OVER AND OVER I WAS NOT GIVING ANY MONEY AND HE KEPT ASKING. IT WAS LIKE HE WASN'T GOING TO LET GO OF MY PC UNTIL I MADE SOME KIND OF ARRANGEMENT TO GIVE THEM MONEY. AFTER I TOLD HIM WHERE I WORKED AND THAT I HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION, HE IMMEDIATELY LET GO CONTROL OF MY PC AND FINALLY GOT OFF THE PHONE AFTER OVER 2 HOURS OF TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM ME. IT ALSO MESSED UP MY PC. TOOK HOURS AND HOURS TO GET IT BACK WORKING AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS REIMAGE!!!!!!

I don't know WHAT happened with my laptop, but it directed me to download something to repair my laptop. At the end, it said you had to PAY to fix it. Not too surprised, but I waited 25 minutes for it to allow me to start repair. I'm 13 years old, and I obviously do not have a credit card to pay for my laptop to be fixed. :(

Telephone connection was not good. Had some difficult time with the English. Takes a long time to get a technician. Tech Alberto was very good with cleaning up my computer. Thank him again for his time. Would be nice to have conversation with Tech in USA or Canada.
