I ran the system required as it appeared on my screen. I paid $42 for it and nothing has changed on my computer. When I go to the main screen, I still have that non-removable warning. Disappointing and now I don't know what to do.

Paid for a one time clean. Computer is still the same. I wouldn't suggest this place. Money wasted.

Very bad service. Could not fix my windows update error. Instead hid it. Claims to have Trojan in my system that was already cleaned in March. Support technicians apply High pressure sales techniques. Force you to sign a service plan.

Il faut avertir que c'est une suscription annuel et pas pour faire réparer nos besoins. Moi j'avais lu qui réparer l'ordinateur en 1 seul fois mais surprise Il faut payer entre 6 mois et cinq ans le service.

I was referred to this company by a Tech site but learned that this company is selfish and greedy. It does not hurt a big company to take a chance of helping someone who is broke at the moment. Cost them nothing! The software is doing most of the work! I have a business (invention company)with some backing so I will be back on my feet soon but noooooo this incredibly selfish company is no good samaritan in my opinion. Good thing, not all companies are like reimage then we'd have a horrible and terrible country to live in. Once I'm back on my feet I will be sure to find a company that's not full-of-themselves and really willing to help those who are down for the moment but not out of it. I don't care if the new company I find is not as good as this one any company is better than a selfish greedy company.

Horrible website. Tried 3 times to activate free (???) repair. Following instructions on email just placed me in a repetitive circle. Guess I'll just take it to a shop for a check-up. Costs a bit more but I can get it done there. This system is flawed. Don't trust computer folks who can't put up a decent page.

Criminals who use POP UP's with lies about your system being compromised!!! Then continue to HANG UP when ask to explain what they are doing. Based somewhere in CHINA!!! and "probably spying on everyone and stealing information". Extremely unethical practices and use invasive tactics. I'm going to bust your filthy business!!!!!

I don't like programs that install with the promise of repairing all problems then pop up with a money grab. You have every right in the world to charge for your program. But don't get me to put it on my machine and run it and the end result is I must pay to get the fix. How much do I get for my time installing, and now UNinstalling your program. And doing business like this really stinks of some hidden agenda... Sorry, because I had high hopes.
