We were under the impression that when we changed to Hawaiian Telcom, we would be covered by Reimage. Now I am asked to pay an additional fee for a one time repair. How many times am I expected provide my password, credit card number, etc.?

Have been waiting for over three hours for a response.But was in contact for 2 hours before that.Have rung and rung to no response.They said they would keep in contact but no.They have my numbers.I am an elderly person near 80 and I need to go to bed as in nz it is ten pm.Sad.

die schlechteste Seite, da es keine einfache Möglichkeit gibt einen Lizenzschlüssel für die Verlängerung eingeben zu können. Es wird nur immer wieder die Verkaufsseite geöffnet. 3Lizenezen wurden vor Ablaufwarnungen schon gekauft. Des weiteren besteht keine Möglichkeit der Sprachumstellung.

I came across reimage & thought "Now this is a great tool, I will try it & then if it works I will buy it & recommend it to others. Much to my dismay the app will not allow me to enter the KEY I was given. This turned out to be a waste of 3 hours of my time. Richard

I have a license key and it ends in feb 2020, yet reimage refuses to repair my pc. just scanned all issues only. So, I'm sorry, but this operation is nonesensical and a waste of time.

It deleted my notepad and every day bugged me that there was a problem to be fixed - but running reimage repeatedly did not fix it. Also Norton was flagging several of reimage files as trojan horse (in July). So I preventatively uninstalled it. Now I tried to reinstall and it tells me that my licence key is invalid. I am waiting for a response from the support team.

I bought your product £28.95 to fix the time on my computer I had to phone you to activate the product then it’s high pressure sales which you warned me about you said you may be asked to buy other products when you ring to activate your account. £150 to £100 extra. I would not recommend your company to anyone ever. Chris Anderson.

Having purchased the ONE Off and used it I now cannot effect the free Repair function as the instructions are not straight forward and usable. My system is in such a bad state that even emails have been stopped. Warren Laurent

Hello Warren, Thank you for informing us about the challenges with your computer. On a free repair.. After the Reimage scans, the vulnerable files due for fixing will be shown as a list and besides each is a button that would allow the software to fix it. Being free, we'd have to click on each and wait for the repair to complete before you can select other files to repair. If you'd like to repair all the files at ones, we suggest that you take advantage of our 1 year licenses . With this you can run the software should you need it regardless how many times in a year. The fact is, I had downloaded the application. Had run through all of the initial set up, received a license number, and then ultimately found out that my license number was no good. Just what kind of application are you people trying to push out to the public. I'm not even confident that this app does much more than simply deleting temp files. I have tried to talk to customer service about the issues that I am having. I am simply told that I need to get a new license number....AT MY OWN EXPENSE!!! I haven't even used my original license number. I had to wait more than 3 days just to get any kind of initial response from them! I told them that I since I was being treated like I was, that I would make sure that they would be sorry. So, I really do hope that you take the time to review this, I really do hope that you choose NOT to use this application. I really do hope you choose not to be a statistic for failure as I was. Learn from my mistake, I beg you!

ONCE INSIDE, THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME, AND NUSANCE; TAKE OVER, EXTORT MONEY AND YOU CAN'T GET RID OF THEM. FREE MEANS FREE! IF I WANT YOU TO LEAVE MTHEN YOU SHOULD LEAVE WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
