This program will not work for the ''free" one-time trial. It would not accept the key. As usual, if it sounds too good to be true....It is. I will be looking for a different program. One that works as it says it will.

I tried several times to use the "free manual repair" but it kept failing with invalid key. I finally gave up.

This review will never see the light of day, They, the company will hide poor reviews. I have neither face book nor twitter so they can't verify that I am who I say I am. I don't know the CEO is but I have been fighting with Reimage for over 2 months to tell these stupid bastards that I paid for a license on 11/29/2019. Their Customer Service sucks. I provided the Invoice number indicating I was legal. Why they persist leaves me with very few options. Ed Wdyka

This, as you mentioned, is after you were advised that you do not have a valid subscription. May we ask how did you get in touch with our customer service before? To assist you with your concern, we have checked our records but were only able to find our email we have sent weeks ago with the copy of your Reimage license key therefore validating your subscription. Rubbish techs. Made a simple computer update totally useless. My computer won't even start up now. TOTALLY USELESS. DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE

My enquiry was with the reloading of Reimage software, and that the License Key would not be accepted. This developed into the inability of the software to remove a Jianguin-Trojan. Fsysna.Jmo. The agent Paula B confirmed that the software could not be removed without the intervention of a software engineer, and that his/her intervention would be required over 3 years at a cost of £500. 6 1/2 hrs later the engineer confirms that Paula B had already removed the Trojan. Why do I have Reimage anti virus software if it cant identify and remove Trojans? It cost me £115 to sit by a computer for 6.5hrs whilst the engineer downloaded free third party software eg: Adware removal Tool by TSA, major geeks . ultra adware _killer, and CC cleaner. Do not touch this software or contact the so called free advice, because if you are unaware of the workings of a computer you will pay a hefty price for that ignorance.

Tried free version with product key. It ran the scan and then listed what it found. When I hit repair all, it asked for product key again but said invalid key. I tried getting a new key and it ran the scan again with the same results but wanted another key to repair. It's just a cycle with no results.

Taugt nichts hat nichts geholfen. Hat Fehler gemeldet aber nach neustart immer noch die gleichen Fehler. Scann bleibt bei 20 % stehen und auch neustart hilft nichts immer das Gleiche immer bei 20 % . Software hilft nichts. Kein Geld überweisen? Vorsicht!!! Taugt überhaupt nichts

After reading all the great reviews I decided to purchase a license key to clean up my computer but after I submitted my purchase it said processing delayed and that it was being manually submitted and will be completed within the next hour. I waited that hour and still I received no email so I called and was told they put a work ticket in to expedite the process and to give it an hour. I again waited another hour and again no email so I called and was told that the department that processes payments was not available on weekends. My purchase was made on Saturday morning and I was told that they would process my payment on Monday so I canceled that order and the representative told me to try and repurchase it and it should go through. For some reason I decided to take that advice and repurchase the license key but again it went to processing delay so I had to cancel the order. I am disappointed that I was unable to get the product that I ordered but the customer service representatives were helpful and polite.

It is absolutelly useless for free version. I spent more than 30 minutes by clicking items one by one and nothing happened... than I added the license code and it all was deleted and I had to start from the beggining. NEVER AGAIN!

Useless. It says I am not connected to the Internet when I attempt to repair. However, it got all the pricing information from the Internet!!! If this is an indication of how good it is I cannot recommend it. This is a restored version of Windows which was installed from the HP Recovery Partition of the disk, the only problem it has is that it cannot find any Windows Updates, it just says "searching for updates" for ever.
