I thought that I might like what this software had to offer, but after declining not 1 but 2 credit cards (Twice each) I gave up and called both of my banks to see if there was an issue or problem on their ends, which neither had any issues with my credit cards. I really don't think that I will bother with y'all anymore since I don't think that this program would be worth any more of my interest.

hello, Im going to be brief, but honest. Not happy, overcharged and staff unwilling to correct, product did not fix, or repair blue screen issue, scans had to be totally false, theres no way I had so many issues wrong with my pc. Sick of constant pop up, and sales ads. Seeking refund

this was the worst customer service I have ever had with reimage I have been a customer since 2015 there has always been license key problems and reimage has always honored the fix by issuing another key this time they did not they took control of my computer went thru my emails an kept telling me to buy another license key when the key that I had already purchased was still good untill 4/6/2020 reimage you have lost a long time customer I will not use your software again and will not recommend you to anyone in fact I will tell people to stay clear of this company they will rip you off dishonest company

Reimage has different license key packages to choose from depending on the needs of the customer. We also do offer free manual license keys. This can work on the issues with stability and temporary files. Also, this will let you perform the repair one by one on each issue/item found. Though please be reminded that more extensive features are only for the paid license keys. reimage is not that bad the thing is ive been entering license key for many times it takes me more than 4 hours but i didnt get any help .

How can I see if I can use your program if everything is restricted to the licensed version? I just want to know, IF I can repair .cr2 data. And I can NOT test it! So I do not buy it! You have lost a possible client.

Be Aware! While it seemed to work OK. Comply with their warning to accept only calls from them. Either they use a refund scam or some scam outfit mimics them. The scam is: they say they cannot now support the program and offer a refund - but only to your On-Line banking account. They offer to deposit the refund (a false over deposit) amount and require you to withdraw the over deposit from your account in CASH. They have the ability to capture your account screen (you can see what looks like your true screen) then they show the deletion of all your account balances as $0 to scare you into complying with their demands. Don't fall for it!!!

The product "Reimage Mac - 1 License, 1 Year" did not clean my computer's malware after three failed attempts. I then called the 800 number for service support, and the ensuing diagnosis, after taking over my computer with my permission< supposedly "found" the issue by the support person who tried to bully me into purchasing a much more expense product "guaranteed" to work. I feel that as a customer I was duped into a "bait and switch" situation in an almost threatening manner requiring an additional several hundred dollars investment. I wish to receive a refund of my subscription.

After payment, you should see a copy of your license key on the payment confirmation page, or receive it in an email. Once you have this license key, launch the Reimage. After the scan, scroll down to the bottom and you should see a dialog box that says "I have a license key". Enter the license key including the dash/hyphen, then click on Start Repair. The reason that it is asking for payment again is that the license key has not been entered yet on the software when the "Start Repair" was clicked.
