Reimage performs a scan for free, so that the user can know which items need fixing. Reimage does ask for a license key to proceed and fix the issues found. Reimage has different license key packages to choose from depending on the needs of the customer. We also do offer free manual license keys. This can work on the issues with stability and temporary files. Also, this will let you perform the repair one by one on each issue/item found. Though please be reminded that more extensive features are only for the paid license keys. Please visit out website at http://www.reimageplus.com/pricing/, and click on the "Free manual repair" located just below the list of the license key packages. Fill up the details and a free manual license key will be sent to your email. Enter the license key on the box and click on OK. reimage is not that bad the thing is ive been entering license key for many times it takes me more than 4 hours but i didnt get any help .

How can I see if I can use your program if everything is restricted to the licensed version? I just want to know, IF I can repair .cr2 data. And I can NOT test it! So I do not buy it! You have lost a possible client.

Be Aware! While it seemed to work OK. Comply with their warning to accept only calls from them. Either they use a refund scam or some scam outfit mimics them. The scam is: they say they cannot now support the program and offer a refund - but only to your On-Line banking account. They offer to deposit the refund (a false over deposit) amount and require you to withdraw the over deposit from your account in CASH. They have the ability to capture your account screen (you can see what looks like your true screen) then they show the deletion of all your account balances as $0 to scare you into complying with their demands. Don't fall for it!!!

Not a bad experience just never got to try once to see it works ok. I don't think you need bank details till customers see it works . If it goes well then anyone with Pc will need it again that's for sure . Anyway Thank you

The product "Reimage Mac - 1 License, 1 Year" did not clean my computer's malware after three failed attempts. I then called the 800 number for service support, and the ensuing diagnosis, after taking over my computer with my permission< supposedly "found" the issue by the support person who tried to bully me into purchasing a much more expense product "guaranteed" to work. I feel that as a customer I was duped into a "bait and switch" situation in an almost threatening manner requiring an additional several hundred dollars investment. I wish to receive a refund of my subscription.

Hi, Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured we are here to help. After payment, you should see a copy of your license key on the payment confirmation page, or receive it in an email. Once you have this license key, launch the Reimage. After the scan, scroll down to the bottom and you should see a dialog box that says "I have a license key". Enter the license key including the dash/hyphen, then click on Start Repair. The reason that it is asking for payment again is that the license key has not been entered yet on the software when the "Start Repair" was clicked. Nur Schwierigkeiten. Reimage ist selbst ein Virusprogramm. Doppelt bezahlt, sehr schlechter Service. Ich denke, dass ich Reimage nie mehr installiere.

They kept sending the message that something is wrong with my computer. The message pops up and whatever you are doing when you click the X on the message it takes you out of whatever you were doing. I got the message so often I wondered if it was from Microsoft as the message just says this site etc. So unfortunately, I downloaded it then I could see it was not from Microsoft so I deleted it. I get a message that popped up while I was deleting it asking why I was deleting Reimage Repair. I explained adding that the message that they were sending was annoying as they were popping up every 10 to 20 minutes. I have always had popups blocked but they are able to bypass that. No sooner had the Reimage Repair been deleted, they sent that message again and again and again last night one right after the other. In there popup asking why they stated they would not send any more messages. So as far as I am concerned they are being unprofessional by doing that! Why would they send 3 in a row? Then of course tonight I just got 2 in a row. So, no I woud never recommenc this company to anyone ever.
